Third Person POV:
"C'mon, Nachan! You can do it!" Narumi heard her friend shout. Nervously, she glanced down to see him standing with the others. All of them were watching her from the shore of the lake.
A boy with green hair, Midoriya Izuku, was standing closest to the body of water, and was trying his best to encourage Narumi to jump off the log bridge like she was supposed to—ten minutes ago.
"I-I'm not so sure this is a good idea..." She stuttered nervously. Her amethyst eyes were filled with fear as she stared at the water below. The leader of the group, Bakugo Katsuki, was growing impatient with how long she was taking. "Just do it already!"
"Do I have t-to?"
"Yes!" Katsuki answered, making his three other friends laugh behind him. "Quit whining about it and just jump!"
Izuku, on the other hand, frowned at them. "But she's scared, Kachan," Izuku spoke up, "maybe we should-"
"Relax, Izuku. If she's too scared to do it then that means she'll remember to pick truth next time." Katsuki laughed as he shrugged at Izuku's concern. "Besides, if I knew she couldn't do it, I wouldn't have dared her in the first place."
Knowing that there was no changing Katsuki's mind, Izuku submitted.
Narumi stood at the edge of the log bridge, debating on whether or not she should go through with the dare. The decision-making became harder when she heard Katsuki's friends snickering in the distance.
"She's such a big baby."
"I bet my grandmother can do this faster than her!"
"Do you think she's gonna cry her way outta this one?"
Izuku fiddled with his his fingers, "Y-You guys shouldn't say stuff like that. It'll-"
But, before Izuku could finish his sentence, Katsuki stepped in, hit once charismatic attitude was frowning at them. "If you're so bored, then you guys can do it instead."
"W-What?" One of the boys questioned. "But you dared Narumi to-"
"What's wrong? Suddenly get cold feet?" Katsuki teased. "If you are too scared to take the dive, feel free to run off to get your granny to do it for you."
The boy frowned, "Isn't that against the rules?"
"My dare means my rules." Katsuki taunted before turning his attention back to Narumi, who was still shaking like a leaf on the makeshift bridge. "Hey, Narumi! Climb down!" He called out to her. "These chumps are trading places with you."
"Okay!" Relieved that she's no longer the victim of the game, Narumi was quick to turn and walk off the bridge. Unfortunately, she wasn't careful with her steps, which made her stumble— Right. Off. The. Log.
All of the boys gasped, and Narumi screamed only for her cries to cut off the moment she made impact against the water's surface. Izuku's face lost almost all of its color witnessing this.
"Narumi!" Katsuki cried out as he charged into the lake, Izuku following close behind his friend. Thankfully, the pond wasn't too deep, and not too shallow. The water had only reached at their chest level by the time they saw her head break through the surface. Narumi hadn't noticed them hurrying in her direction, she was too busy coughing up water and trying to move her hair out of her face.
"Narumi!"
Once she managed to move her hair from obscuring her vision and turned to her friends, Narumi was stunned when she found them wearing worried expressions on their faces. Izuku was the first to speak, "Are you hurt?"
