" Gay son." Koly said from the couch.
" What about AIDS ?" He replied.

" Your point ?" I stared at him. " Every time you stick your penis in someone you risk that plus more so just imagine that imaginary thot daughter of yours."
He just stared at me quick while Koly nodded in agreement.
" That was very stupid Shyloh." I shook my head. " I hope you learn from that."
" I have learned." He nodded.
" Where's Geo ?" I said swinging my feet back and forth on the stool.
" Who knows." Koly shrugged.
" Y'all are all so...I don't know." I said getting up going into Izzy's room. " Holaaaaa."
" It's too early."
" Never too early for me." I said flopping down next to him. " Are you ever gonna cut your hair ?"
" Maybe." He said throwing it up in a bun. " I don't be knowing what to do with it anymore."
" Give me some." I said touching it. " You have some pretty hair."
" Nigga yo hair look just like mine."
" Nah." I shook my head. " Are both of your parents fully black ?"
" Uh." He said scratching his head. " I don't know."
" How you don't know." I said squinting my eyes.
" Nigga like I just said , I don't know." He said looking at me like I was stupid. " I know my mother was black but I don't know too much about my dad , I don't really care to know."
" I was just asking because you look Indian of some sort." I said with my hands up. " Im sorry if I made you feel like I was trying to pry."
" It's straight." He said shaking his head at me. " Just stop being so damn nosey."
I just scratched my head and sat there looking stupid. I felt like he was still kinda upset but there wasn't much I could do about it because I didn't know.
" Can you take me home ?" I said playing with my hands.
" I guess so." He said getting up grabbing his keys.
I just followed him out the door and got inside the car while he was still inside talking to Koly.
" You ready ?" He said getting inside and I just nodded my head.
