I awake from my nap to hear Kaitlin and Julia talking about the guys down the beach playing volleyball.
"Hey Logan, let's go and check out those flames down at the volleyball court." Kaitlin says while gazing over at the boys.
This is exactly what I didn't want to do. I feel so socially awkward and I am so bad at talking to guys, especially guys I just met.
"Ya sure, whatever." I try and sound peppy and it must have been enough because Julia and Kaitlin gather their stuff and head over to the volleyball court.
I sand up and brush off the sand that has collected on my legs and get ready for the public humiliation that is about to come.
Julia and Kaitlin lead the way as we head over to the sand volleyball court a couple of hotels down. When we approach, I have to do a double take to make sure the gods in front of me are as good looking as they seem.
The two boys are sporting pretty nice tans with vibrant swim trunks. One is rocking some dark brown hair that flops effortlessly to the side while the other is a clean cut red head but just as hot. They each have sculpted abs and look pretty well built.
I set my towel down and grab a t-shirt to throw on over my swim suit while we play. I don't need anyone to see something they shouldn't. The other girls place their stuff down close to mine and take their places on the volleyball court.
The only problem is, there are two of them and three of us, and I know who's gonna be the unlucky one.
