Evil Plots : Part 2

Nie Huaisang decided to stop the empathy as it was already late and everyone was exhausted. Jiang Cheng also realised this and stood up.

Jiang Cheng, " We will stop here today as you all must be tired already. The disciples will show you to the guest rooms prepared for you so you can rest. Your food will be delivered in your room. We will continue with the empathy tomorrow after breakfast . "

With this he bowed to everyone which was returned and left for his room followed by Huaisang, Jin Ling and Ouyang Zizhen.

The next day after breakfast everyone gathered in the main hall to continue the empathy.

The  General was very angry by Meng Yao's betrayal.

General, " Well we shouldn't have expected much from a son of a prostitute. Such a traitor. "

Meng Yao was stunned for a second that someone saw his deeds but soon it changed into hatred and anger.

Meng Yao, " Well now that you have seen what are you going to do? "

General, " You bastard!! I'm going to tell the sect leader. He'll chop you into pieces"  he yelled angrily. Other disciples also came over after hearing the commotion. These were the people who insulted Meng Yao.

Meng Yao smirked and casted them a disgusted glance.

Meng Yao, " Well you can tell him but first you need to escape from here alive "he replied darkly.

Meng Yao immediately threw restriction talismans at them which stopped their movements. Then he picked up a Wen sword lying nearby and killed everyone. The general's blood was boiling in anger seeing all this.

Meng Yao, " This feels really good. I have been waiting to kill you all for a long time. "

General, " How dare you " he yelled while still frozen at his place

Meng Yao merely laughed at him " What happened? Can't kill me? Don't worry, I'll take my time with you " he said in a dark tone that sent chills to all the spectators.

Meng Yao started slashing him but not too deep just letting him bleed slowly while he was unable to move. Finally having enjoyed himself enough he stabbed his heart and chuckled.

Everyone was now feeling disgusted, 'How could he inflict such torture to him while he was unable to move. This is simply too cruel. '

But luck wasn't on his side as somehow Nie Mingjue appeared and witnessed him killig the general.

Nie Mingjue, "MENG YAO!!! How dare you?! You traitor" he roared.

Meng Yao panicked seeing him. " No sect leader I didn't kill him intentionally. He was insulting my late mother and I lost control and killed him" he lied and started playing victim again.

Nie Mingjue, " How dare you lie to me? If you really killed him out of rage why were you so calm right now and why are you killing him with a Wen sword. It's clear this all is perfectly planned so that nobody could suspect you and think they died by the hands of wens. "

Meng Yao could not defend himself but just then a sword was aimed at Nie Mingjue and he took this chance and threw himself as a shield to protect him. Nie Mingjue was now indebted to him for saving his life and he took the opportunity and fled away from there.

The next scene was played and Meng Yao was already in Qishan working for Wen Ruohan. He told him all the secrets and information he knew of the Qinghe to gain his trust and planned the attacks together with him. He had also participated in the planning of burning of Cloud recesses and Lotus pier. In the meantime he had met the escaped Lan Xichen and helped him to gain his trust and made him believe that he is working as a spy to help everyone so that even if the Wens were defeated he would still be praised for his help as a spy.

The Lans especially Lan Xichen was feeling angry as well as ashamed. Angry because of Meng Yao's evil deeds and ashamed because they specially Xichen had always wholeheartedly supported and defended that traitor. While everyone was looking at them with contempt in their eyes.

The next in the empathy showed how Meng Yao was insulting and beating Nie Mingjue and killed his subordinates in front of Wen Ruohan. But soon Wen Ruohan couldn't control the yin metal as Wei Wuxian had used his Stygian Tiger Amulet.

Now that the table had turned Meng Yao too changed sides and killed a distracted Wen Ruohan taking all the credits. They also saw how Lan Xichen defended him from Nie Mingjue saying it was all just an act to gain Wen Ruohan's trust so he could work as a spy for them.

Nobody knew how to react to this revelation. They could just continue watching with bitterness in their heart. While Huaisang was glaring at Lan Xichen.

Now that the war was won and Meng Yao was considered a war hero ,Jin Guangshan accepted him as his son  and also have him the name Jin Guangyao. Jin Guangshan became the chief cultivator.They captured the remaining Wens whether cultivator or not and tortured them and if anyone protested they killed them. Both of them wanted Wei Wuxian's Stygian Tiger Amulet to become the most powerful so they offered various offers to him to join their sect but were refused. So they started to spread false rumors about him to bring him down. They also witnessed the Koi Tower incident and how he defected from the cultivation world.

Everyone was looking at the Jins in disgust. The younger disciples on the other hand saw how the Jins had cruelly used innocent Wens as target in the archery competition and how Wei Wuxian had defended the innocent Wens at Koi Tower while the other so called righteous cultivator turned a blind eye and also slandered him. It was different from what they were taught. Wei Wuxian was the most righteous cultivator according to what they saw.

Next they saw how Jin Guangshan and Jin Guangyao were spreading false rumors to slander Wei Wuxian's name making him a monster in everyone's eyes.

They saw Jin Guangyao along with Su She his loyal supporter cursing Jin Zixun with one hundred hole curse and putting the blame on Wei Wuxian.

Next they saw Jin Guangyao smirking in the background as he saw Jin Zixun planning to ambush Wei Wuxian on Jin Ling's one month ceremony. He then went to Jin Zixuan and told him about Jin Zixun's plan. As he saw Jin Zixuan also departing to stop Zixun he chuckled darkly. He had already planned to kill both Jins so that he could become the heir and blame Wei Wuxian for it. They saw Su She following them so that he can put Yao's plan into action.

Jin Guangyao had already gotten his hands on Lan texts from their forbidden section of library and he and Su She both used their music cultivation to control resentful energy for their own advantage.

The Lans were shocked and ashamed. Lan Xichen just closed his eyes and exhaled deeply. He remembered Wei Wuxian telling him that but he chose not to believe but now seeing it with his own eyes he couldn't help but regret trusting Jin Guangyao and see the consequences of his own foolishness. While the whole cultivation world was glaring at them.
