Chapter 12 : Velvet Shadows 2(M, Dark)

Anya waited for them to come to her. She stood patiently as she watched Jackson leading Taehyung, Jungkook, Namjoon and Yoongi down with another guard in the back. All of them looked good.

They looked better than they had when they had come to her. That fact surprised her.

She had seen how very handsome and magnificent they were.

But now, they looked even better. They looked rested.

All of their cheeks were still hollow, their eyes still a bit wary and gait uncertain.

There was a guarded aura surrounding Yoongi and Namjoon while an uncertain and meek aura blanketed the other two.

When that gets replaced with confidence and boldness, a knowledge of their own superiority, a playful sparkle that would indicate that they love to toy with anyone daring to come to them, how would they look?

Oh she wanted to see that look!

She was also well aware of the weight of the stares on her and her hybrids. The sight of the 4 of them and the 3 with her, clothed, standing straight with their eyes filled with curiosity had every person here itching.

They wanted to tame them again.

More than that, her hybrids were becoming irresistible to these Hyenas. There vitality and spark drawing these rabid demons closer to them.

She knew that everyone was waiting for the ceremony.

Peter had informed her that this tradition of the ceremony was a part from the first generation of hybrids.

That the ceremony of the pleasure slaves was something everyone had participated in.

The participation, in fact indicated their status. If someone could participate, it meant that they had the station, the stature in the top tiers of society that prevailed on their family enough for them to be considered among the Crème de la crème.

Not only with participation of the 2nd step, but they delighted on the visual pleasure they would get from the first step itself. Watching was also considered normal as long as it was not called upon for the set of words it actually was.
