"You can't do this to me!" Hana shouts in despair, "Jungkook, say something,"  turning to her side, looking hopefully at Jungkook, who appeared to be dazed.

Jungkook was an Alpha with the most strength and power. He inherited part of his father's traits, who was True blood. Jungkook's wolf had difficulty, taming and communicating with as he was stuck between an Alpha and a Trueblood wolf, hence he grew up to be moody, demanding one. Additionally, his family lavishes the greatest attention on him for his different nature and being the youngest member of the family. His two older siblings, twins to be exact, an Omega sister and an Alpha brother, also cherished their grumpy little brother a lot and embrace his every whim. 

No matter how he was, he has always been fascinated by the mate bond, especially after watching their parents and siblings so in love with their other half. He was eager to find his omega, just like his family prophesied his partner would be. As he's one of the strongest breeds, as well as being unique, they knew his mate would be a weak one among them, also who is more fertile than others to continue this trait. And they were correct when Jungkook, in his third year of college, met his mate, a male omega named Kim Taehyung, a freshman, at the same college. They were both thrilled to have found each other. Despite his cold and composed demeanor, Jungkook did his best to convey love and affection to his mate, for whom he had waited so long. He began courting the omega in the traditional manner prior to marking him.

Everything was fine between them until Taehyung discovered his Alpha half-naked with another girl in a locked classroom. He felt betrayed and left the place without glancing back for the second time, oblivious to Jungkook's frantic state, dizzy and helpless gaze as he watched his receding form. Jungkook attempted everything he could to approach Taehyung and tell him the truth, that he would never do something like this; how could he? When he despised skin-ship with anyone other than his family and mate. 

But Taehyung was indifferent to listen to anything and didn't even give him a chance to explain. He assumed Jungkook had cheated on him, and three months was not enough time to get to know the Alpha well. Jungkook too was hurt and angered, thinking that his mate didn't trust him, so he stopped approaching and vowed that he will no longer plaster the omega, they will only talk when Taehyung comes to him. Taehyung felt heartbroken and unsure what to do, after all, Jungkook was his destined. Due to Taehung's bad luck, in that chaos, he encountered the greediest and cunning Alpha he had ever met, who was like a wolverine. 

Chi-won desired to become rich in the simplest way possible, and he deemed the pretty omega at his college to be the ideal option for his goal, as well as Taehyung's attractiveness and beauty were also appealing to him than his own mate. He was skilled at manipulating people, which he used on Taehyung, making him despise his mate to the point where he agreed to reject Jungkook and mate with Chi-won. 

The shaking in Jungkook's arm jolted him out of his trance. He looked at his hand to discover Hana grasping it tightly, causing him to lowly growl and yank his hand harshly. He fixed his gaze on her "Hana, you dared to trick me? even knowing what I'm capable of?" Hana shuddered at the tone, knowing very well what Jungkook meant. No one dared to meddle with Jeon's family ever for their powers, especially after his True blood father tore five alpha wolves in a blink of an eye when they tried to take his omega mother during their early days of mating, and incidents like this went on. The surge people felt when they remembered or imagined those scenes was enough to make them think twice before approaching Jeon's, and Jungkook was no better than his father in this regard.
