walking on pins and needles trying to impress you

leaving me out to dry and never call that's so like you
a man of your word but you never seem to come through
never see the bad in what you do or what your careless actions could lead to
It's hard to open up and express me feelings
because of my resentment for you
your lack of communication, trust and affection lead me in all the wrong directions
and my soul still yearns for your comfort despite of your negligence
maybe i just need some time away to do some serious introspection
