Ginny and Harry arrived at St. Mungos in their enlarged SUV. Teddy and Sev were at home bouncing on their heels waiting for the arrival of the little ones with Ron and Hermione. Teddy had bombarded them with questions at breakfast.

"How many are there, Ginny?"

"Can I play tag with them?"

Ginny and Harry patiently answered all their questions. It was a Friday but they had been allowed to skip just this once.

As soon as Harry and Ginny entered the room, Tom ran to Ginny and hugged her legs.

"Oh, Buddy! You ok?" she asked kneeling down. The other kids were playing with the few toys on the mat with a matron while the other matron tended to the smallest baby.

"They awe mean!" he accused pointing to the matrons who sneered at him. His face was tear-stained and Harry couldn't help feel pity. In his previous childhood, he was a bad kid but right now, Harry couldn't fault him.

Poor Tom's diaper was sagging. He was obviously not changed and well cared for.

"It's ok baby. We're going home today and no one will be mean anymore," Ginny promised as she picked him up and carried him to changing table.

"You could've changed his diaper," she told the matron.

"He's three and wet the bed yesterday." she sneered.

Harry intervened since he knew if he let Ginny continue talking, one or more matrons would be on the receiving end of her bat-bogey hex.

"Is everything ready? Can we take them home now?" Harry asked.

"Yes. The test results and other documents can be collected from the front desk. You will be able to sign the privacy form over there."

"Everything is alright right?" Harry asked.

"Yes for the most part. We were unable to find traces of dark magic on him but Mr. Lupin is a werewolf. Mr. Potter and Mr. Black and animagis. We checked with madame Pomfrey and she confirmed a huge scar on Remus's back was as a result of an accident in his 5th year. 3 of these children bear the dark mark but it seems to be inactive and more like a tattoo in nature. I have prescribed a few salves if you wish to rid them of the mark and of course for Remus's overly large amount of scars." The matron explained everything and Harry nodded.

He went to the front desk, signed the papers, and collected the documents. Ginny went to wait in the car with Tom and Bella as she couldn't stand the matrons and Tom wouldn't calm down.

The matrons helped Harry carry the little ones into the car. The only one who was peaceful enough to carry was Draco Malfoy. Being only a few weeks old, he was sleeping peacefully in his swaddle.

The others fussed at being carried while they wanted to play with the blocks. Since Harry was unknown to them, they demanded to be put down. The matrons had to soothe/scold/drag them into the cars. Ginny had been thoughtful enough to bring binkies and gave them to the babies. They happily accepted.

Harry made the car ride quick (and safe). They were outside Potter Manor within half an hour. Ron and Hermione helped carry them inside but all of them were being very fussy and demanding their mommy and Tom wouldn't let go of Ginny.

Harry sympathized with them. They probably had memories of their parents up until the day they were thrown into this situation.

All the crying woke Draco up as well and he joined in crying his little baby face red and making more noise than Harry thought was possible.

"Tom, can you play with Blocks? I am right here if you need me but I need to calm down the other little ones" Ginny asked.

Tom nodded and began playing with the blocks. These blocks were so much better than the ones at the orphanage and he decided he could enjoy playing with them.

"MOMMYYYY" James wailed sitting with his legs spread on the floor.

"Aww, baby. Calm down." Ginny scooped him into her arms as he wailed and kicked. She patted his small back. James was feeling exhausted. He had thrown at least 5 tantrums in the few days he was at the hospital. At first, he enjoyed playing with the other kids but then he needed his mommy back. Ginny rocked him to sleep and placed him into his crib and tucked a blanket over him.

Meanwhile, Harry placed baby Dora into an automatic swing cradle a placed a blanket over her after calming her a bit. Draco cried and cried himself to exhaustion. Harry placed him in a different cradle and let him sleep.

"I want to play with them!" Teddy demanded. "You said it'd be fun! They're just crying!"

"PLAY WITH ME!"

"I know Teddy, I know. They are a little exhausted. Go watch telly or play with Sev. please,"

Teddy huffed as Severus dragged him to the living room to watch the telly.

Alice fell asleep in Hermione's arms. Ron was trying to soothe Sirius who it turned out was pretty low maintenance and went to sleep. Remus and Regulus calmed down pretty quickly too but protested loudly when put down. Lily kept her tantrum going for the longest time even though she was only 8 months. Eventually, she fell asleep too.

"All done!" They said triumphantly since all the babies were in their respected cribs even Tom who claimed he didn't want to sleep.

They all walked outside and collapsed on the sofa. This was going to be a tough one! Harry and Ginny thought but they had a feeling it was going to be worth it.
