Houkou is a bijuu in the form as a five-tailed dog. Each tail of this creature represents each and every elemental forces: Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, and Lightning. That could cause catastrophic damage when used. His ability is to use all elements and combine them. Each element can also lead to catastrophic depending on the species. Houkou intends to destroy nature to regain the five elements. He suffered severe injuries when challenged Kyuubi alone with Nekomata. Oddly enough, he is the god of illusion. Houkou lives in a large tree that has been long-lived.
Houkou fight 4 times, 3 times a victory gained from Sokou, Raijuu, and Nekomata which would later become his ally. Houkou defeat against Kyuubi, even when she is assisted by Nekomata, but Kyuubi is still too strong for him.
