A while has passed.

They were all in the final year of Uni now.

Bad news was that Rara hadn't opened her heart to anyone yet.

Good news was that all of them were excelling in their chosen fields. They were working hard towards their careers.

Hoonie and Rara were really close, sharing their troubles and hardships. Rara found in him an older brother who genuinely cares for her.

"I got news."he said one day as they sat on the rooftop which overlooked the ground as they sipped on some banana milk. He had a grave expression.

"What is it? Tell me already, you are scaring me."she says.

"You want to hear the good part first or the bad?" He asks.

"Hmm...the good part."

"I made it into the Winter Olympics squad."

She chokes on her banana milk as she looks at him in awe.

She slaps his back.

"Park Hoonie Sunghoon!? Oh my god! You did it?! Osbzjxkx!" She freaks out as he laughs.

"I am so proud of you...."she hugs him and he pats her back.

"Yah,that is not good news, this is legendary! Why are you saying it with such a grave expression?" She shakes her head in disbelief.

He takes a deep breath.

"What's the bad news then..."she slowly asks.

"I have to move to Germany,to train."

"Oh..."

A bitter silence ensues.

"The whole national squad is moving there to train before the Olympics, there are better facilities and coaches there...so..." He sighs and looks at the sky with a blank expression, zoning out.

"When are you leaving?" She asks with a low tone.

"In a few weeks time."he says in a solemn tone.

She paused for a moment before looking back at him.

"Yah...I will miss you..."

He smiles and pats her hair.

"I will too...you,Jaeyun and everyone else...that's literally the only reason holding me back."he sighs.

She smiles.

"Don't be. We will be rooting for you. Go train hard and make us proud."

"I will." He nods his head.

"What about you? What are you planning to do after final exams? Job hunt?" He asks.

"Mhmm...that is an option. Obviously I need to make money and survive." She chuckles.

"But...."she hesitates.

"What is it? You have something else you want to do?"He asks.

"There's this reputed professor- Dr Juliet Hopkins at the American Institute in USA. She runs an internship program every year for a select batch of  trainees. It's like a a garden of Eden for people like me. A golden opportunity." She says with her eyes glittering in passion.

"Then you should go for it!" He says.

"It's not all that easy, every year, very select few are handpicked by her itself, based on their profiles. I did submit mine, but I would rather not have too much expectations-" he cuts her sentence off and pats her head.
