It's supposed to be a rose milk cake, but I used butterscotch essence as I only had that at the time..
Everything was perfect.. Until I started to bake.. As two cake was burnt before, cause I put flame in high, I put it at lowest.. And oh man, the time it took to bake, (I don't have microwave oven) it took all my patience away..
Atlast I raised flame and it was baked faster. But it was also burnt out at the base and sides. Therefore the size reduced to half. I adjusted it by whipped cream.. Haha..
Anyway, it turned out to be delicious. I'm happy that my hardwork paid off..
I love the cake.. I wish I could share it with you ❣️
