Chapter 6: Have Fun With That

Elizabeth POV

"I can explain..."

She looks at me through the mirror, her eyes burning into mine.

Is now a bad time to mention she looks really good in that dress? Probably.

"Explain it to me then Elizabeth. You got bored of your boyfriend and slept with me?" She asks, her voice remaining calm. She turns around, facing me, waiting for an answer.

"I...I don't know Y/n, he and I went to different Universities long distance is hard, I was lonely and you were there..."

"Oh. That's what I was? A distraction, just a person there to satisfy your needs?" She says, the level of her voice is even, she's still calm. Part of me excepted her to start yelling.

"Yea, I guess you were." I tell her.

Her face falls, she doesn't speak, just looks at me, searching my eyes. I don't move, just stare back. An awkward silence falls over us.

It's interrupted by her phone ringing, the song Spooky Scary Skeletons playing. She doesn't move at first but after the third verse she grabs her phone answering it. Eyes still locked on mine.

"Y/l/n." She says her voice monotone now.

I can her muffled words coming from the other end of the phone.

"Hey, slow down, where are you?" She says her voice going a little softer as she looks away from me, I stand there awkwardly. Debating whether or not I should leave.

I should.

I turn around walking towards the door, stopping just outside of it, when she starts speaking again.

"Okay, I'm coming to get you" She says her voice seemingly a mix of worry and annoyance.

It's stays silent for a moment, the only sound being her footsteps as I assume she's pacing. I stand listening from behind the door. I know it's wrong but part of me can't help the curiosity.

"No, I don't care what you think he'll do, I'm calling him. He'd kill me if I kept this from him." She says this time she sounds more annoyed than anything.

"I'm not debating this with you, sit tight, I'll call him on my way over." Is the final thing I hear her say, before her footsteps come closer towards the door.

I quickly speed walk away, sitting down as quickly as I can, she exits the bathroom only a few seconds after me.

"Hey, sorry, I gotta run" she says to RDJ. He looks up at her, as she is standing beside his chair.

"What-Why? Is everything okay?" He asks.

"Yea, everything is fine, I forgot I hired an electrician, he's at my house now, so I gotta go." She lies easily, almost too easily, that phone call was definitely not about an electrician.

"Alright. See you tomorrow then." RDJ says.

"It was nice meeting you Y/n, I hope too see you again soon." Robbie says from beside me.

Y/n looks over at him, flashing him a small smile. Definitely fake. She doesn't say anything to him. She then looks at me, only for a spilt second before she says her goodbyes to everyone and leaves.

Y/N POV

"Explain it to me then Elizabeth. You got bored of your boyfriend and slept with me?" I ask her. Turning around so I can look her in the eyes.

Not gonna lie that kinda stung.
