It was a dark night in December, 2023, Munich, Germany. General Aya Schmidt was ready to declare war on Italy after they had refused to sign a peace treaty that benefited both countries. She had gathered her soldiers, troops, weapons and tanks to begin a long battle in the Catania battle field near the border of Italy. Colonel Ziegler who was second in command after Schmidt.

Aya was much respected in the German colonies. She had a troop specifically made to protect her and defend her against any danger. Colonel Zeigler knew all the plans except one which only Aya knew and often mentioned it as a secret weapon.

Aya was regularly in touch with a man named Gerwulf Bauer. He was a modern weapons inventor. He was a greedy man when it came to money. Aya knew this and always fulfilled whatever price he had in mind so that he stayed on Germany's side during the war. Aya had made the colonel aware of her visits to his guarded workspace but did not share any details regarding the weapon.

After 3 years of designing, building and testing the weapon was finally ready to use. General Schmidt took the Colonel with her to see the results of their hard work together. After 1 hour of security protocols they entered the headquarters. The regular officers told Aya that she was in for a horrible surprise, she didn't even flinch and told them that Gerwulf would pay for any problem that he caused.

Aya's defence troops were ordered to wait outside and guard the entrance with some of the standard soldiers. Gerwulf Bauer was sitting on his desk just reviewing some of the data analysis for the device. "Baugher", Aya called out in a serious but excited tone that startled him. He jumped up in surprise. "Oh, you're here that's great", he said with a fake smile on his face. "Where's the device?" "It was meant to be here at 4 pm on the dot. It's currently 6." He collected all his confidence and in a trembling voice he said, "that's the problem, the Italians got to it first".

Without hesitation Aya ordered the guards to throw Gerwulf Bauer in prison for betraying his own country. Now their biggest advantage had been turned into a disadvantage. Within the next few days of war the German army began losing men and Aya became more and more afraid of when the mass missile would come into play. Exactly 2 months later 80% of the army had fallen and they had lost the war. Their own weapon was their own doom. They had dug their own grave.
