Yona's P.O.V ~~

Well we made it to the gate outside of the village. Hak gave a small whistle.
Shin-Ah and Kija came out from the trees nearby and Kija waved at us. " He said he would be here." Hak said. He looked impatient. " I'm sure Yoon will be here soon, he always keeps his word." I tell the group, I know that something may have slowed him down. " Yeah, ok then why don't we rest for a bit around here." Hak suggested, oh I hope he doesn't think that I'm too heavy >.< .

Yoon's P.O.V --

Oh this wretched bag! How am I supposed to carry this?! Even though I'm a genius pretty boy, I'm no body builder nor weight lifter. Oh for the love of Pete, I'll just drag this thing. This village is really poor, I hope we can help them.

Yoon tried to walk fast carrying the rather heavy sack , he was almost at the gate when an old man asked him for help.
The man was sitting down, breathing heavily and was very dirty. " Yes? How can I help you?" Yoon asks rather irritated, he was late but he wouldn't just let this man suffer. " Water.... I need some water." He said while coughing. " Ok, here please take it, I must hurry." Yoon said and gave the old man a cantene full of water and went on his way. " Thank you...." The old man said but Yoon was already too far away from him.

Yona's P.O.V ~~

Oh Yoon... I hope he's ok. I look around and suddenly see the boyish yet feminine figure slowly walking, carrying a huge sack. Oh not a sack! I didn't quite have the best experience with them. Hmph I won't forgive them if they put me in that sack.
" Yoooon!! Over here!!!!" I cried happily. I haven't seen him in such a long time. He hasn't changed a bit though. He gives me his usual, charming smile. I would've run to where he was but this darn ankle won't let me. " Oi! Thunder Beast! A little help with this thing!! " He yells at Hak. Hak grunts and slowly walks towards Yoon, I'm pretty sure on purpose. As I'm thinking that, Yoon abandons the sack and comes in a speedy manner towards me. " Yona!! What happened to you?!" Yoon yells at me.
" Hehe, funny story, you se-" I start saying but get cut off. Yoon gives me a rather strong hug. " I thought I told you to not be reckless while I was gone." Yoon says, clearly annoyed by the fact that I didn't do what he had said. He examines my ankle and checks for any other injuries, but it wasn't anything serious. Afterwards he greets the others and we head into the village.

From the very start, I knew that this was a poor place. I need and want to help these people though. It's late already so we will start tomorrow. For now, we'll look for a place to rest for the night.

Hak's P.O.V --

Yoon is the same little brat. Not that I expected a change in him. He totally ditched our supplies and ran off to hug Yona. Hmph, not like I care.
" Well, Yoon since you know this place better than us. Where can we crash? " I ask him. " As you see, this village isn't 5- star quality, there are a few inns up ahead but don't expect anything fancy." He warns. I don't really care what quality it is, as long as we can get some sleep. Yona hasn't been moving, I guess she's asleep already. Her light breathing tickles the nape of my neck and it feels funny.... But I don't hate it.

Yona's P.O.V ~

I'm running.... Hm where though?... Oh look, Hak is over there but he looks younger. I hide behind him while he looks at me with surprise in his eyes. I can't hear myself but I remember this... After telling Hak about Lord Kan Tae-Jun, he just mocks me... I remember this well. Afterwards we got into a fight..... Until I apologized and gave him fruits as a peace offering. Things got rowdy when Tae-Jun forcefully wanted me by his side. Hak suddenly appears and defends me... By- by calling me HIS princess. I wake up, heart beating super fast, I feel my face turning red. Wait where am I?
"H-Hak?" I whisper, searching for him. My hands are touching the floor, a wood floor, I get on my feet and as I take a step, slip. I quickly shut my eyes and wait for the impact and the pain but, I actually land on something soft rather than the hard wooden floor. I open my eyes and see Hak's face inches, no centimeters away from my own. Hak's eyes flutter open and get wide in an instant followed by- what I think is - is a flushed face. " P- princess.". He says.

My first cliff hanger hehe stay tuned for whatever action may happen on the next chapter .
