Pihu's pov

I woke up with my phone shouting well that's my alarm, I snooze my alarm off, I lazily opened my eyes took my phone and was scrolling through insta when the realisation hit me it's a match day
All the laziness vanished and excitement engulfed me

This is me everytime on a match day but this time it feels different I'm going to be in the stadium but not as a mere audience or a fan but I'm going to be with ict, just this thought brought a wide grin on my face, I glanced at the time we have only an hour before we have to leave
I jumped out of the bed, took out my clothes from the wardrobe and went in the bathroom

After taking a quick shower here I was drying my hairs when my eyes fell on my reflection in the mirror specifically on  the jersey I was wearing, we wore the jerseys many times before too but that was fan jersey , today wearing the Indian jersey of my own gives a surreal feeling if I'm feeling all these I can't even imagine what these boys feel when they wear the Indian jersey of their own name for the first time, I can't even imagine the feelings they go through when they represent the country

Ok priyanshi don't get all emotional you have to rush

I quickly pulled my hairs in a ponytail, applied lipgloss and I'm ready

I took my phone, my medi kit and left the room not before clicking a few selfies and send it to hero, mishu and anya

As soon as I reached dining area
"Good Morning everyone" I greeted them which they returned with the same warmth

"Here you go" Mayank bhai said while placing a plate full of pancakes in my front
"It wasn't needed bhai, I would've taken myself"
He shrugged it off

"So nervous or excited" He asked putting an arm around my shoulder

"Super excited"I said while eating

Soon we all finished breakfast and headed towards bus

We all were settled in and the bus started,I was talking with cherry bhai across me when my phone rang , I picked up the call quickly
" Mishhuuuuu you saw the pics" I squealed, yeah I was excited

"God chudail you are surely gonna make all of us deaf" Abhay said who was sitting in my front seat covering his ears with his palms

Dramatic

"Then go and sit somewhere else na" I replied him
He was about to retort but stopped suddenly and smirked, okay I know he is surely going to utter nonsense now
"Kyu you want to sit with him" He asked pointing at shub who was sitting beside him

Idiot

"I'm gonna kill you abhay" I glared at him dangerously

Shub smacked his arm saying "I love myself I don't want to become insane sitting with her"

"You jerk.. " Mishu cut me off

"Are you there" I heard mishu desperate on call
She don't like waiting

"Yeahh.. Mishu so you saw the pics" I asked her again

But when I had sane people in my life totally ignoring my question she said
"Pihuuu it's a match day"

Like I didn't know

"Ohh really mishu thank god yaar tu nhi bolti toh pata he nhi chalta aaj match hai, main toh jupiter mein rehti hoon na"

And before I can hear her, something caught my attention, I swear I heard shub chuckling , ohh woww now this sane person can laugh

"Pihuuu.. " Mishu's voice brought me back
