As Evangeline woke up the next morning, she saw that Sarah had already left, but Olivia was still asleep. Knowing that her friend hated early mornings, she made sure to get ready quietly. After brushing her teeth, and hair, she threw on her robes, and looking at the time, she sighed then carefully shook Olivia awake, "Olive, I'm headed down to breakfast." She whispered to the sleeping girl, only to get smacked in the face with a pillow.

Scoffing, she said, "That was rude." Olivia just groaned, then mumbled, "I'll be down soon, go without me." Eva shook her head, "Fine, but I don't wanna hear it when you end up late to first class."

Eva left the dorm, and made her way to the great hall, as she got there she saw that Cedric hadn't arrived yet; probably still out training for Quidditch. So she made her way to the Gryffindor table, noticing Ron sitting with Harry Potter. Walking up to them, she asked, "Ronnie, have you seen your brothers, by chance?"

Ron looked up at the girl, a light blush appearing on his cheeks; that Harry didn't fail to notice. "Hi, Evie! Yeah, they were talking with Lee in the common room, should be here soon." She nodded, "Hi, Harry." She greeted the boy. "Hi!" He said back.

"You boys excited for your first day?" She asked the pair; they nodded. "Yeah, although we aren't too sure on what to expect." Ron told her.

Eva frowned in confusion, "What do you mean? Haven't your brothers told you anything?" she then paused, "What am I saying, of course they haven't." Taking a seat across from them, she grabbed a piece of toast and spread some jam on it, before speaking.

"Okay, so just a few tips: you can argue with any teacher you'd like except for Snape; the potions professor. He hates everyone who's not in Slytherin, especially Gryffindor's... I swear he has a personal vendetta against you lot." She watched as the two shared a look, "Trust me, he can get real nasty, and his detentions are the worst." She ranted while rolling her eyes. "Really?" Harry asked.

"Oh yeah, take me for example, the prat hates me for some reason. Every class he's looking for any possible reason to take points from me, just because he can, he'd have failed me already if I wasn't freaking excellent at Potions." She told them, biting into her toast. "I wouldn't piss off McGonagall though, not that you'll want to, she's nice but pretty strict when she needs to be." They nodded, signaling they understood her.

"Stay clear of Filch; the Caretaker, and his cat; Mrs. Norris. She alerts him whenever students are misbehaving, she's pretty sneaky too, so make sure to keep an eye out when you roam the halls at night." She said, pointing at them with her toast. "We aren't allowed to do that though, so we won't." Harry told her with a slight smile.
