The week had gone by fairly quickly, and Sunday was here, meaning the start of Rosalie's study group. Fortunately, it began at three o'clock, so Evangeline had a bit of down time to unwind before meeting up with Olivia, Sarah, and Cedric to go to the Library. So, the Hufflepuff girl was currently sat leaned up against a tree directly in front of The Black Lake; an area she frequently visited, as she found the water to be comforting. She was writing in her notebook about some of the interesting things she'd learned in her classes that week; mainly Care Of Magical Creatures, which happened to be her favorite class, by far.

As she was engrossed in her writing, a twig snapped from behind her, causing her to quickly shut and lock her notebook. Looking back to find the culprit, she let out a breath of relief when she saw Fred Weasley approaching her.

"Hey, how'd you find me?" She asked him, her face lighting up with a bright smile. The boy shrugged as he slid down the tree, now sitting directly beside her, "Where else would you be at noon on a Sunday?"

Evangeline's nose scrunched up in embarrassment, before she asked, "Am I really that predictable?"

"No... I just know you too well." He smirked, nudging her shoulder with his, "Plus... I may have had a little help from The Marauders." He revealed, flashing her the map that was sticking out of his back pocket. "Of course you did." She said with a roll of her eyes, as the two shared a laugh.

"What are you doing out here, anyway?" He wondered, as he took out his wand and began twirling it between his fingers.

"Just writing," she explained, "I like the peace and quiet here, and the scenery is quite beautiful, don't you think?" The ginger-haired boy nodded as he glanced down at the yellow notebook that sat on her lap, he rolled his eyes, reaching out to take it only to be stopped by Evangeline.

"How many times-" Eva cut herself off as she snatched the book out of his grasp, making him groan. "What is the deal with that thing, anyway? Whenever I try to open it, it won't budge." Fred complained, as Eva shook her head.

"That's kind of the point, Freddie." she said smugly, then carefully placed her notebook in her bag. "Why can't you just tell me what you're writing about?" The boy asked, still curious.

Eva shook her head at his persistence, "It's nothing that concerns you." She declared, as Fred's smirk grew wider, he queried, "Is it about how much you fancy me?" Eva feigned shock, "How did you guess?"

"I just know things, love. Besides, it's painfully obvious, you can't keep away from me." Fred joked. The girl started stroking her chin, pretending to be in deep thought, "Hmm, and what exactly is it about you that attracts me so?" she pondered.
