Before the Horizon is Love.

Chapter one: The first.

"-Anca... Bianca!" Says a old female voice and I immediately open my eyes to a glaring chemistry teacher and 27 students staring at me.

Did I fall asleep in class AGAIN? It's bad enough I got an F on my last test!

"S-Sorry, Mrs. Lewis!" I blurt out.

"That's the 4th time this week. Detention!" Mrs. Lewis yells.

I flip through my chemistry textbook and Mrs. Lewis goes back to talking.

I take out my notebook with my sloppy handwriting and horrible doodles.

"-We will have an exam about H20 tomorrow. You must study! Dismissed!" Mrs. Lewis yells and everyone stands up and I'm frantically stuffing and crumpling papers into my light blue backpack and I sprint out of the classroom!

Everyone's at their lockers and Xander Allen looks as frantic as me, actually he looks like he needs help.

I know who Xander IS but I've never actually TALKED to him.

I shrug and walk over to him and tap on his shoulder and he spins around his blond hair a bit of a mess.

"Hey, do you need help?" I ask.

"Actually I kinda do. I forgot my locker combination at math and I can't remember it!" Xander says and I bite my bottom lip.

"I have an idea, do you remember what it starts with and how many numbers?" I ask and he nods.

"7 and...8...?" Xander says and I nod.

And that's how we spent 2 hours trying to open the locker combination.

"Hey Bianca! Is garbage in there? Is it your lunch?" Adam Liam teases and I glare at him.

"Shut up! This isn't even my locker! Hey, you have something HIDEOUS on your face! Oh wait, it is your face!" I shot back and Adam sticks his Tongue out.

I look at my watch and its the end of the school day and I look at Xander.

"I have to go to detention. Um, can you ask the principal or Janitor is they can get it open?" I ask and Liam nods.

"Okay! See you on Monday!" I say and run to library for detention.

When I open the door, 2 boys giving each other wet willies are in the back near the literature section and theirs a girl with the longest blonde hair I've ever seen, Ocean blue eyes and a black sweater with pink and white stars and black leggings.

I shrug and sit next to the girl and Vice principal Lilly is watching us like we're criminals.

"Hi." I say and the girl looks at me.

"Hey." She says.

"I'm Bianca Spiral, what's your name?" I ask.

"Kayla Hunter." Kayla says.

"SHUSH!" Vice principal Lilly shushes.

"Ms. Lilly! Brad spanked me!" Says one of the boys and I'm guessing Brad starts rocking back in forth in his chair Yodeling.

This is going to be a very long hour.
