"You didn't have too. It's obvious." Kaylee rolled her eyes and Carina sighed. It's not carina's fault that She don't like her boyfriend. He just doesn't seem like a good guy.
"Why you always hoppin on Carina? She just said she didn't like him that don't mean she gone stop supporting y'all relationship. Damn." Mason intterupted Kaylee from saying something else to Her.
"Here go Mason- you always babying her" Dior rolled her eyes "And YALL always tryna bully her cause y'all-" Carina gave Mason a look.
"Chill it ain't that deep. If you like him Kaylee then be with him it ain't my relationship." Carina shrugged and Kaylee rolled her eyes.
"You don't like anybody." Kaylee mumbled and she just let it go. This happens often.
Kaylee gets a new boyfriend, they meet him after like two weeks, and then she gets mad when Carina says She don't like him. It's not that She doesn't like the person or anything Carina feels she is always rushing into relationships she's not ready for.
Her relationships only last a few weeks anyways and then she'll be moving onto the next one soon. So it don't even matter for real.
"Y'all tryna go to this party?" Dior piped up and asked, breaking the silence.
"Cant gotta finish an essay for Mr.burns class." Carina gave an easy, but true, excuse. She didn't like partying with them they always ended up to drunk that She would end up babysitting.
Well everyone except for Mason.
"Girl! You never go out always sittin onna computer and doing work let loose you will be okay." Kaylee nudged her shoulder. "You know I usually don't agree with ms girl ova here but she's right." Mason sighed.
"When's the last time you even went out?"
They all turned to me "Beginning of freshman year." She gave an awkward smile. It's not like she didn't want to go out, it's just her freshman year was important and she didn't want to slip up.
"Come onnnnn." Dior dragged and Carina gave an eye roll. "No." She shook her head. "Pleaseeeeee look we even promise to not get that drunk either." Dior held out her pinky and Carina squinted at her.
"Who is we?" Kaylee piped up and Mason smacked her lips "What?....okay fine." Kaylee grumbled looking down.
"Okay I guess I'll go, but if I don't like it I'm not staying." Party's we're never really her scene they were more of theirs. I mean don't get her wrong it's funny to see a whole bunch of drunk people doing shit they will regret in the morning but She just didn't like the crowd or the sweaty bodies.
"Well, gotta go me and Kaylee have ah class in 10 minutes." Dior stood up grabbing her bag and I waved bye to her and Kaylee.
They walked out talking and giggling making me sigh. It was always like this in the little group. Kaylee and Dior were of course closer then Mason and Carina.
Mason didn't care, hell she only hung out with Kaylee and Dior because of Carina, she was new too the group but she made it know that she didn't like Kaylee, mostly because she always tried to pull slick shit with Carina.
Carina on the other hand did care.
She had been friends with Kaylee and Dior wayyyy longer than Mason had been so it did bruise her ego a little bit when they started acting the way they acted.
"Carina!" Mason snapped her fingers "Girl where is your head at?" She laughed a little bit before biting into her salad. Mason was a cool girl, she was down to earth for real. Crystals and shit.
"My bad." Rina sighed "What we're you saying?" She propped her elbows on the tabled and put her head in her heads indicating she was actually listening to what Mason was saying.
"I don't like Kaylee. And I don't know why you still bother with her she treats you like shit, and Dior tags along." Mason made her usual complaints.
"Mason I already told you- There your friends blah blah blah." Mason rolled her eyes "I'm just saying they give off bad vibes and there secretly haters." Mason said and Carina laughed.
"Okay." Carina rolled her eyes looking at the time.
"Well if I wanna go to the party gotta start on my paper." She stood up grabbing her bag and putting her laptop in there "You comin back to the house with me?" She asked.
Mason and Carina were roomies freshman year And they hit it off so when they became sophomores and were able to move off campus they got a apartment together which was the best decision ever.
"Naw I'm gone stay behind, it's dis one girl that be ordering the same coffee as me and she is so fuckin fine" Mason ranted "Soooo did you try talking to her?" Carina asked.
"Hell No, what I'm supposed ta say?"
"Uhh..hi?" Carina said making a duh face at her and Mason rolled her eyes "Shut up its not that easy." Mason mugged her "It is.." Carina whispered.
"Bye." Mason rolled her eyes and She laughed at her walking out of the coffee shop and to her dorm room. It was the middle of fall and cold outside, which she hated since she didn't like being cold.
She looked down at her phone again and bumped into somebody making her look up, but the person kept walking "Tie yo shoe." They said and kept going.
"Thanks" She bent down and tied her shoe getting a look at the strangers shoes, he had on forces.
She stood up and continued walking, wondering who the dude was and what she was gonna wear tonight.
She wasn't much of a party girl so figuring out a outfit would be hard for her, since she was picky and half the stuff she liked she didn't have anything to match with it.
She'll just ask Mason.
