We rented a car when we got to Texas. Aleecia's father didnt want us to take any busses or rent a crapy car so he ordered a newer car for our time spent down here. The whole "vampires burning in the sun" is a bunch of bullshit, we may feel a stinging sensation and like our skin is melting off, but the skin doesnt actually burn off. Staying in the shade and in my sun hat saves me from having to explain to Aleecia why it hurts to be in the sun.
