Chapter 14: Fragment of the Past

The girls got up early that day. Despite the fact that she had spent the last night drinking and partying with all their friends when they left. The flight took off at 10 am for Mexico. They got up at 6 am. to get ready. And had left Haven Spring at 7 am. It was Ryan who had taken them to the airport they had asked him for several days ago and obviously he had accepted.

Alex is Steph was now in the airport it was 8 o'clock. She now had 2 hours to wait. First, they would go to the counter to check in for the flight.
They got there but there was no one at the counter so they decided to wait for an employee to arrive.

After 15 minutes of waiting Steph started to get impatient. She sighed "euuph" while slamming her heel repeatedly on the floor.

Alex noticed her girlfriend's nervousness "calm down" she said then whispering

"I know very well but it annoys me to stay there and wait without doing anything" Steph answered her

"there is someone who will eventually arrive" Alex tried to reassure her

15 minutes later after 30 minutes of waiting someone finally arrives

Alex then nudges her lightly to signal her to stop getting impatient.

"Hello how can I help you" then said the person who had arrived to check in the two girl for the flight

Alex made the decision to speak because her girlfriend was definitely not calm enough to handle the discussion. "Hello, we have a flight to Mexico at 10 am."

Alex turned to Steph to give him her papers

Steph then gave her and Alex handed over the two passports and the two tickets to the person "

Once these formalities were over they could finally land for a while. It was now 9 o'clock and there was an hour left before take-off.

During their wait Steph began to feel stress. It was the first time she was going to board a plane.

Alex noticed that Steph was shaking "Are you okay?"

Steph didn't answer her girlfriend she was deep in thought and didn't notice the other girl was talking to her

Alex then had to shake her to come back to her "Steph, how are you"

"Uh if you don't worry" Steph said to her then

But Alex knew that it was not going so well she did not have time to think that a message echoed in the airport "the passengers of the flight E576 bound for Mexico are kindly requested to board"

The two girls stood up so east walked to the boarding bridge
Before boarding a person once again checked their ticket before being able to re-enter the plane.
