"Olard, who is this beautiful little mortal?" I hear a small but feminine voice ask as I start to come back to consciousness. A bunch of other voices speak up in union, asking their own questions. The grogginess in my head starts to fade as I hear another voice speak.
"She's the daughter of Nathaniel, the Demon Leader of The Arcturians." A booming but kind voice replies back to the woman, his response causing everyone to go completely silent.
"But how did she find us, Olardian?" The same woman asks her leader, as they all stare down at me. I don't have to open my eyes to know that they're watching me very closely. My head hurts too much to wrap my head around and make sense of everything they're saying.
I slowly open my eyes and blink my eyes quickly to get used to the bright light. After a few seconds my vision clears, and I can finally see the creatures standing around me. They have abnormally sized heads with large brown or yellow eyes, big ears and nostrils, the thing that caught my eye the most is the fact they're all huge and green, and they each have two white horns sticking out of their heads. They're skin is rippled and looks rough. My eyes grow wide as I take them all in, an overwhelming feeling growing in my chest.
I look up at the main one in front of me, his eyes searching my face cautiously. Before we all know it, I let out an ear-piercing scream, the creatures all groan and cover their ears and watch me closely. After what seems like forever, I finally stop screaming and fear rushes through me as I look at them. Who are these big, scary creatures?
The leader slowly reaches out his hand to me, as if he is offering to help me stand up. I stare at it, slightly confused as to why they haven't tried to eat me yet and I'm still scared. I reluctantly put my hand in his, allowing him to gently help me to my feet. He squeezes my hand gently and smiles at me. I try my best to smile back.
"Who are you...?" I ask quietly, my voice a little hoarse from the scream. He looks at them smiling before looking back at me.
"We, my Lady, are the GammaTrolls." He says still smiling at me, the others joining in as I look around again.
"Trolls are real?" I say as realization dawns on me that this may still be real life. Everything I've ever read or heard about could be real. All those things I thought were just imaginary, are real.
