Chapter 6: Friends?

*Scorpius' PoV*
I woke up and guess who slept next to me? James Potter. He's nice but I don't know. there's just something about him I really don't like.

I got up and left the dorms, I wanted to talk to Charlotte. She's really kind and really pretty it's actually unbelievable. Scorpius you're being daft. Stop it.

I quietly open the door and to my surprise, Charlotte was actually there, sitting on the sofa, gazing into the fireplace. I heard James roll over, luckily he didn't wake up.

*Charlotte's PoV*
"Scorpius!" I cried seeing him walk down the staircase. "Hurry up! Come sit down!" He laughed at my enthusiasm to just sit down. "Alright I'm here" he said sitting down next to me. Why is it so hot in here?

Could I have feelings for the boy? No that would be wrong. Besides, we only just met and it would be quite weird seeing two first years kissing already.

Footsteps came down the boys dorms again. "Oh hey Charlotte. Hey Scorpius" he said sitting on the other side of me. Scorpius had his hand quite close to mine. Same with James'.

"Morning boys." Ugh what's wrong with you Charlotte? Get it together. "Morning" they both said in unison. "That was creepy" I said chuckling. The other two played along awkwardly.

I looked at James, then at Scorpius. "What's up with you two? You seem very, odd" I said. "Nothing" they both said in unison again.

"Okay this is creepy. I'm going to breakfast. Coming?" I said standing up.
"Who're you talking to Char?" James asked, glaring at Scorpius.

"Yeah. Who are you talking to Charlotte?" Scorpius asked, glaring back at James. "The both of you" I yelled. I sighed as I walked out of the common room.
