[3rd person]
Jiwoo had a good day. He got treats for the cats, saved the little boy from a car, and got some mysterious money at school that allowed him to buy a loaf of bread, some banana milk, and treat himself to some tteokbokki from a street vendor on his way home.
It was dark by the time Jiwoo came home. He set down his school bag and got out some of the food for his three kittens.
He walked outside carrying two dishes for the cats, talking to them as they were waiting eagerly outside. "Hello, how have you been?"
The cats began to loudly meow, trying to gain Jiwoo's attention.
"Sorry. You must be hungry. I got off school late today and then went to the store."
Jiwoo set the food and cat-friendly milk dishes down, and waited for the cats to eat. "Seems like you three are always together. Are you family? Or just friends?" he wondered
The kittens continued their meowing, and showed no interest in eating.
"Huh? Why aren't you eating?" Jiwoo asked worriedly, "None of you are eating! I used all my extra money to buy these for you! Don't leave any food..."
But the cats paid him no mind and began to walk off, calling for him to follow.
"That's strange. You haven't eaten. Where are you going?"
They merely continued to call Jiwoo, slowly walking down the walking path.
"Telling me to follow you?" He wondered, following the cats.
"Where are you going?" Jiwoo asked uselessly. It was lucky that he knew the neighborhood so well. They had been walking for a while now, winding through narrow passages and down dark alleyways.
Suk Suk, the black and white cat, rounded a final corner into another alley. The other cats, Theo and Boo, who had been following behind him, departed from where they had been walking at Jiwoo's side. Jiwoo stuck his head around the corner. "Are we there yet?" he asked.
Jiwoo gasped at what he saw.
It was a large, bloodied yellow cat lying unconscious on the ground.
Ahhhhhh the shortness has returned!!!
Okay, so it never left. But you know what I mean, this is half the size of my normal parts.
I'm going to try and have my minimum be 600 words, because this is really bugging me.
