Chapter Nine

So here's another chapter. I don't have any random fanart for this one lmao sorry.

'Do it. You know you wanna.' Baldi heard that damn whisper again. 'No..Princi would be upse-' 'Bitch..do you really think he cares about you? Of course he doesn't you idiot! You know damn well how much you want to right now. Especially after what just happened.' The whisper cut out his thoughts. He sighed and tried to squirm his way out of Princi's grasp when he felt the other pull him closer. "Love, where are you going.?" Princi asked with a concerned look. "Uh..bathroom.." Baldi replied quietly, knowing he probably wouldn't be let go. He was right. Princi pulled the other close and hughed him tight, clearly not intending to let go. "No. I don't want you hurting yourself again." Princi said on the brink of tears. "I-I'm so-" Baldi was cut off. "Shhhh.. Don't apologize. I love you." The taller man said with a sad smile as he held him close. "I-I love you too.." Baldi said, his voice shaking a bit as he gently hugged his lover. He still felt guilty though, and there wasn't much either of them could do about it. 'He's only doing this out of pity.' Baldi heard the whisper again. He sighed. "C-can I go for a walk..?" He asked quietly. He didn't even feel like walking. He just wanted to get out of this house for a bit, away from everything. Maybe an escape. "Can I go with you.?" Princi asked, clearly concerned. As much as Baldi wanted to be alone, he really didn't at the same time, so he simply nodded. The two got up, and Baldi put on clean clothes, which gave Princi the chance to see the bloody bandages wrapped around his arms and legs. It broke his heart into pieces. "You should probably replace the bandages." Princi said quietly, trying to hide the sadness in his voice with great failure. Baldi just nodded and went in the bathroom, leaving the door slightly cracked open so the other would worry less. 'Now's your chance. Why don't you add a few more?' The whisper suggested to Baldi. "No. I'm not doing this right now." Baldi muttered out loud as he removed the blood soaked bandages and cleaned his cuts. 'You're no fun.' Baldi just sighed and put on some fresh bandages to his arms and legs before putting his clean clothes on and exiting the bathroom, seeing Princi right outside, not close enough to be peeking, but enough to where he could hear if something went wrong. "Are you sure you're ok to go out?" He asked, remembering what happened before. Baldi simply nodded. He just wanted to get out. He didn't care if he was dizzy or cold. He just wanted out. Princi gave a small nod, but decided he'd keep an eye on him the whole time in case something happened.
The two went outside and walked around the small town, Baldi looking mostly at the ground but occasionally looking up to see his surroundings, and Princi looking around, often looking at Baldi to make sure he was ok. There were a few times where Baldi almost fell over, but Princi was there to catch him. "Do you want to sit down for a bit?" He asked. Baldi shook his head. He didn't wanna be in one place for too long for some reason. Eventually though, he leaned on Princi for support. The world was spinning. Princi wrapped an arm around him. "Are you ok?" He asked, just to get a nod from the other, who regretted doing so, as it made the world spin faster. He ignored it and kept walking, though he had to keep leaning on Princi for support. Their pace slowed drastically after some time and eventually, Princi made Baldi sit down on a bench. "Sit down for a bit love. You look like you're about to pass out." He said. Baldi didn't fight this time. He just complied and sat on the bench with his lover sitting next to him. Baldi leaned on the other's shoulder, just wanting the world to stop spinning. He closed his eyes and took a few breaths, hoping this would help. It eventually did, though it took a while, and he almost puked multiple times. "Are you sure you're ok love?" Princi asked. "Mmmhmm.." Baldi replied quietly, trying to keep control of his breathing. The world was still spinning, but not as bad as before. He closed his eyes again, trying to relax a bit. Maybe that would help.
He didn't realize he'd fall asleep there. When Princi heard light snoring, he smiled a little and chuckled. He then gently picked the smaller man up and slowly took him home. Once there, he gently laid the man on the bed and got next to him, wrapping his arms around him and pulling him closer to him. He relaxed and smiled as his lover slept in his arms.
