Chapter One

TRIGGER WARNING: Mentions of self harm and mental stuff in this chapter. If this is a trigger to you then I highly advise you to not read this.

Baldimore woke up as he usually did, lonely, depressed and unmotivated. He felt as if there was no point in getting up but he knew he had to because he had to teach math today. 'Why didn't I die last night? Oh yeah, I'm too much of a coward to.' He thought to himself as he reluctantly got out of bed. He dragged himself to the bathroom and started a warm shower. Before he got in, he went back into his room and grabbed something from the drawer of his nightstand. 'This is the only true friend I have.' He thought as he closed and locked the bathroom door, taking off his clothes and stepping into the shower, holding a razor blade between his index finger and his thumb. Baldi let the water run down his body for a bit, getting lost in his thoughts, but that was a mistake, as he thought about things in his past. He felt like no one cared about him or what he'd been through. Tears formed in his eyes as he pressed the blade onto his left arm. 'I'm so stupid. I'm weak. Pathetic that I can't even handle my own emotions' He thought as he made a deep slice in his arm. He started sobbing as he made more slices in his arm until he ran out of space. Baldi looked at his work and smiled just a bit, not that he was proud of himself. He felt as if some of his problems flowed away with the blood, but his smile faded. It just wasn't enough. He sighed and took the blade in his left hand, making deep slices on his right arm until there was no space left. That was better. He quickly cleaned himself and got out of the shower, turning the water off of course, and put the razor blade back in the drawer of his nightstand. Baldi dried himself off and put on his normal attire, a green sweater and blue pants with brown shoes. He adjusted his one strain of hair before leaving and heading to his schoolhouse.
