<It's Freezing, a Jeongin and Seungmin (skz) drabble>

🎃HALLOWEEN SPECIAL !!🎃

this drabble uses she/her pronouns !

--------

"Seung! I'm home!" She called out as she twisted the doorknob open and stepped into the apartment, placing the shopping bags down in a corner and taking off her cardigan that was loosely draped over her shoulders.

"Seungmin-"

A long sigh was heard from the kitchen, followed by a few footsteps, her head turned towards the sound.

"You know I've talked to you about this, I know it's hard to accept but Seungmin's gone, he's dead, he's not here anymore, it's about time you should move on." Jeongin's figure approached and put his hands on her shoulders, looking into her eyes. "I'm not rushing you, but pretending that he's still here is just going to hurt you more than the incident already did. I know you loved, no, still love him, but he's gone now, and there's no turning that back, please, it's time to stop trying to make yourself believe that he's still here."

Her eyes, filled with confusion, scanned over her best friend's face, and took a quick glance at the door. The confusion drained out in just a matter of seconds and got replaced by anger instead.

"What are you talking about?" A frown took over her face while she tilt her head to the side, "Seungmin's still here!"

Jeongin sighed once again, back slouching a tad bit while looking down to the floor for a second, "no, no he's not here, Seungmin died a month ago.."

"No he didn't! Seungmin's still here! He still talks to me! Now can you stop trying to convince me that he's gone? You sound really stupid right now, Yang." She pushed the male backwards till his back hit the wall, grabbing a hold of his shirt collar. "Why do you want Seungmin dead so badly?! Seungmin's not dead! He isn't and will not be anytime soon!"

Jeongin opened his mouth to speak, but then closed it as he pushed the thought out of his head. "We'll talk about this someday later, yeah?"

She just stared at him for a moment and then turned back to leave to the bathroom. "Seungmin!"

Jeongin threw himself on the sofa and covered his face with his hands, and stayed there in place for some time.

She walked out of the bathroom not long after, with a small towel draped over her shoulder. A bright smile was shown on her face, contrasting to the look she had moments ago. "Do you want to see what I shopped for today?" She was back in a cheerful mode as she plopped herself down on the floor next to where the shopping bags were placed, peering into them from the top.

"Sure, try them on and show me." Jeongin wiped the helpless look on his face and replaced it with a slight smile as he watched her pull out a few pieces of clothing from the bags and walk towards her bedroom to change into the new outfits.

--------

"You look ugly, give me a twirl." Jeongin said, laying on his front on the sofa while she stood in front of me with the outfit she bought.

"You see this is why I hate you." She mumbled, turning on the spot to show him the full outfit.

"Ew it just became even uglier"

"Honestly fuck y-"

A knock on the door cut both of them off and made them whip their heads towards the sound. Jeongin looked at her and gave her a slight shrug as she walked towards the door to unlock it.
