"You're not scared, are you?"

----

"First it was my mother, then my best friend moving away without telling me anything, now one by one everyone I've ever been comfortable with are leaving.." She sobbed into Minho's shoulders as his palms gently brushed over and over again on her back. Minho's shirt was wet from her tears, however he didn't say anything. He continued to caress her back, breathing at the side of her neck, trying his best to calm her down.

"You're the only one I have left, Minho. You won't leave me too, right?" She pulled back from his shoulders, and gazed into Minho's eyes with her bloodshot ones. "...Right?"

"Never." Minho smiled. Even though the room was dark, his eyes still shined.

His eyes were always her favorite, they calmed her down whenever she looked into them. No matter how dark the surroundings are, Minho's eyes somehow always shined.

She loved his eyes.

With that said, her sobs quieted down. Tears stopped escaping the corners of her eyes as she blinked the rest away, with the help of Minho's thumbs drying up the wet trails they left on her cheeks.

"I won't leave you, never." Minho once again spoke, ever so softly that it came out as a whisper.

The dim green lights on the led alarm clock showed 2:48 am. Minho glanced at the numbers and gently placed her head on the pillow, running his fingers through her hair, humming her to sleep.

"Pretty" Minho whispered as he pressed a kiss to her forehead, stroking her cheeks with his thumb as he watched her eyes gently flutter shut.

"Pretty." He smirked.

----

"Where are you taking me? Can I at least take the blindfold off?" She asked as she felt the car drive off the driveway and take a turn. The sun had set a few hours ago, and the streets weren't as busy as it usually was.

"It's a surprise, keep it on." Minho's hands skillfully steered the wheel, taking the two towards his destination. "I wanted to show you a place, a place that I've never shown anybody else."

The drive lasted a while, the destination Minho wanted to take her to definitely wasn't anywhere near where they originally started from.

When the car finally came to a stop, she once again requested to take off the blindfold that covered her sight, only to get denied once again and she felt the car door on her own side open, and Minho's arms helping her out of a car.

The surrounding area was quiet.

Way too quiet.

The squeak of a metal door's hinges were heard as Minho carried the blindfolded girl down a flight of stairs.

"What's that smell?" She couldn't help but ask as her senses picked up on a slight foul smell reeking the building they were in.

"What smell?" Minho asked.

He knew.

After a few more seconds of going down, he finally came to flat ground. His arms gently placed her back down on the floor, once again guiding her through the hallways.
