Gojo exits his room and walks in the middle of the office "Briefing room in 5 minutes everybody" He says before walking to the briefing room

The whole office burst into speculation as everyone thought about what Gojo could want to talk about for the five minutes

Utahime exits her room and was about to walk to the briefing room when Maki approaches her

"Yes Maki?" Utahime asks the green haired woman "Well I wanted to talk to you about Ruru, I believe he hasn't been as productive as others"  Utahime looked intrigued

Maki shows her a chart of the production of each person's production over the past month, Ruru being at the lowest

"Thank you for showing me this, know that I will do something, but let's focus first on whatever Gojo has to say" Maki nods and they both walk together to the briefing room

"Thank you for being here" Gojo presents a slideshow "The executives have given this branch a raise in budget" Everyone starts clapping

"Which has let us increase everyone's salary by a bit" Everyone starts clapping again "But with that increase, we can only hire two of the three interns" The whole room breaks to gasps and eyes all went to the standing interns

"I'm sorry you three" Gojo said with an annoyed face "Can't we just not increase salary and still be able to recruit the three" Utahime suggest, and many of them boo

"Never boo your boss. Well as you can see Utahime, people wouldn't be pleased. Also because the executives have forced me to increase it" Gojo walks out with a frustrated face

Utahime walks to the podium and dismisses everyone from the meeting. Utahime sighs, thinking about what to do

"Fire Ruru" Maki says, startling Utahime "That's actually a good idea, Maki. Thank you" Utahime says before running to her desk

After three hours of research, she sighs and closes her eyes in stress. After a few minutes of preparing her files, she walked over to Gojo's office and knocks on his door. She enters and looks at Gojo

"Yes?" Gojo asks "Well I'd want to talk to you about Ruru" Utahime says, intriguing Gojo

"So he has had a very bad month, one of the worst this branch has seen, and frankly I'm a bit upset that you haven't thought of firing him yet considering you have fired women who have had similar numbers of productivity and-" Gojo cuts her off

"What are you talking about?" Gojo looks at her confused. She points at the chart, showing the low productivity of Ruru

"Give me that" Gojo said, making Utahime give him the file. She sees him searching and him clicking at his computer before he slams his deck, startling Utahime

"Sorry, that fucker Ruru" Utahime looks at him confused. He pulls out a file and shows it to Utahime. It shows Ruru having average production "Ruru gave this to me yesterday. Can't believe he almost got away with it too" Utahime nods

"Can you call Ruru in here?" Gojo asks Utahime, and she does.

As Ruru enters the office of Gojo. Indistinct screaming came from the office, making everyone concerned. Ruru exits the office and leaves the building

"Everyone in briefing office, two minutes" Gojo says, making Utahime smile

"Everyone, Ruru had been fired and will officially be out by Thursday for forging fake documents. This clears out some money, meaning that the three interns will stay. Dismissed" He says before exiting

Utahime enters her office after the meeting to see Gojo in her chair with the smile that was absent at the briefing

"You're smiling now" Utahime says making Gojo chuckle "You really expected me to have a smile at the briefing after firing somebody. I wanted to, but that would be very disrespectful" Utahime chuckled

"Anyway, I just want to thank you for showing me that chart. You know how much I love those three" He says, referring to Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara

"Well you should thank Maki, she gave the chart to me" Utahime says, making Gojo nod

"I am a bit offended thought that you thought I was sexist towards my employees" Gojo jokes, chuckling "I didn't mean it, it was just a persuasion method" Utahime says, defending herself

"Still offended. I am Gojo the feminist" Utahime scoffs at the remark "Sure.. remember when you—" Gojo cuts her off

"Ok I get it, stop repeating the story" Utahime laughs with success "You're not gonna make me live with that, are you?" Utahime shook her head

"One of the few things you admit you were wrong about, I'd be crazy to not repeat it" Utahime explains "Yeah yeah, now do your job before I fire you" He jokes
