After work hours, she finishes up some remaining paper work before preparing to head out

She was about to finish fixing her purse before she heard a knock

"Yes, Gojo?" Utahime asks, making Gojo enter her office "Well since you did such an amazing job.." Utahime cut him off

"Just tell me it already" Utahime asks making Gojo clasp his hands "I'm heading out to dinner if you want to join" Gojo asks with a weirdly nervous tone that Utahime has never heard before

"Yeah sure, free food can't be turned down" She says making Gojo chuckle "Meet you outside" He says before exiting her office

She felt a weird excitement but shrugged it off and fixed her area before heading out the building

"Did you also give Maki an incentive after saving the three?" She asked Gojo, making him turn around "Yep" He points to a car that Maki enters

"Inside that car is Maki's crush" Utahime looks at him, curious "Who is the lucky man?" Utahime asks

"It's my cousin, Yuta" Utahime looked at him in surprise "You don't know him, but he was my employee until we realized we were related-" Gojo explains

"My family sent him to an international trip for his education"

"And Yuta allowed them to do that?" Utahime asks, concerned for him "Yeah, it was actually his dream to travel the world" Utahime nods before she sees the car approach them

The driver exits and throws the car keys to Gojo, which he catches before opening the car door for Utahime

He enters the car and prepared to drive before he turns to face Utahime, who had a surprised face

"You have a nice car" Gojo nods before Utahime enters "Yeah, my rich family gives me a lot of things I shouldn't have as a salesman" Gojo explains before they drove off

"I can't imagine being in a rich family like yours" Utahime says "Yeah but with parents like yours, I wouldn't even want a rich family" Gojo says making Utahime look at him

"I didn't know you liked my parents" Utahime says making Gojo surprised "Really? I thought I showed how much I loved your parents." Gojo asks

"Yes really." Utahime said before Gojo took a turn to a fancy restaurant

"This is where we're eating?" Utahime asked, concerned "Don't worry, you'll fit in with me. We'll both look like normal people" Gojo said, trying to assure Utahime

"Yay! We'll both look like weirdos" Utahime said sarcastically "If you don't want to eat here, it's fine, we can go somewhere else" Gojo said

"Ok.. let's just go" Utahime said, making Gojo exit the car and open her door, making her exit too

"I just realized we both have our uniforms still on, and will go to a fancy restaurant" Utahime said jokingly "Our uniforms is peak fashion Utahime, what are you talking about?" Gojo joked, making Utahime laugh

They enter the restaurant and once they entered, Utahime looked around in confusion

"Where is everybody?" Utahime asks, confused and concerned "I rented the restaurant for the whole night" Utahime looked at him concerned that he spent a lot of money for this

"How much money did this stunt cost" Gojo shrugged "A few million yen" Utahime slapped him in the shoulder

"Why?!" Utahime asked with a clear worried tone, Gojo chuckled "Because I love spending my family's money in unnecessary things" Utahime breathed in and out, trying to remove the stress

"Don't be so concerned, Utahime. They have trillions in the joint family account" Utahime got a surprised face from what he said

"I knew you were rich, but that much?" Gojo nodded before approaching a table and pulling a seat for her, making her sit

"Also you're being a gentleman today, pulling a seat for me" Gojo shrugged "I'll pull that seat from you then" He said making Utahime laugh, which made Gojo point at her

"They said people laugh at dumb jokes when they've fallen in love" Utahime rolled her eyes "That was a good joke!" She retorted, making them both laugh before he sat down

"No it wasn't, that's the worst joke I've said this week, and it's the only one you've laughed at" Gojo argued back, making Utahime shake her head "I'll drop it for now so I can order food" Utahime said, making Gojo shake her head, which confused her

"I've already ordered" Gojo said making Utahime concerned "You don't know me that much to know my food taste" Utahime said and he smirked

"You'd be surprised" Utahime looked at him confused "Have you been stalking me?" She joked

"No, I just know you more than you think" Utahime didn't buy it and just glared at him, making him tell the truth "Ok... I asked Shoko" Utahime chuckled

"But does that mean if I wanted to go to another place, you would've wasted that money of ordering and renting?" She asked making Gojo nod

"I would've made you so guilty if you did do that" Gojo joked making Utahime laugh again "See... You love me" Utahime shook her head

"Was that not a good joke?" Gojo threw an x at her with his hands "Another trash joke" Utahime threw an x back at him "It was good" Utahime said before the orders came to their table.

It was Shrimp Alfredo, honey garlic glazed chicken, and a rack of ribs for Gojo and for Utahime, it was beef sukiyaki, sushi, yakitori, and Unagi, with some side dishes

"You have such a western food palette" Utahime pointed out "I'll eat from yours too, Japanese food is just the only thing I've ate for the past 2 years, let me have this" he defended before they started eating

Utahime's eyes lit up as she tasted all of the dishes, it was the best dishes she's ever eaten

"These are really good" Gojo laughed as he looked at Utahime's satisfied face after eating each dish "Worth the few million?" Gojo asked

"No but it's good" Utahime chuckled as she stuffed her mouth with food

Gojo ate slowly as he just looked at Utahime for the rest of the dinner. He smiled at her and went in to eat

After eating, Utahime leaned on her seat because of how much food she stuffed inside of herself

She looked at Gojo, who had a smile Utahime had never seen before and smiled back at him
