Breaking news

Reports are flooding in from all parts of the world as violent attacks are being carried out unprovoked. Sources say that these attacks either end up fatal or with the victims turning on those around them, attacking them in a frenzied rage.

These attacks usually include being bitten and clawed at, the wounds either becoming infected, causing the same symptoms of uncontrollable rage, or becoming fatal if wounded enough.

Scientists and doctors are working around the clock to try to understand the attacks and the symptoms and are working to find a cause which is unclear at this stage.

Army blockades are being set up in all major cities, with those infected being detained if possible and taken to a local secure facility for care and observation, however, soldiers have been given permission to use deadly force if necessary. Evacuation orders have not been issued at this stage, but we advise that all citizens prepare to evacuate the cities immediately if the decree is issued.

Those unaffected are advised to gather as much food and water as possible, arm yourselves for protection and find shelter, a safe place to hide out, until the authorities can gain control over those infected. Never go anywhere alone, where possible only travel in daylight hours, and be sure to always arm yourself for protection. We are urging you to stay safe and look after your loved ones.

Jax sat back, stunned. The news report had confirmed her worst fears, that it really was an attack at the award show and her idols were in real danger. Not to mention the rest of the world. Picking up her phone she knew she didn't have any family to check on, so she went into her contacts and was about to press the call button when a familiar icon appeared at the top of her screen, a blue hand and a red ball, indicating that BTS had gone live. Forgetting to make the call she rushed to press the icon and connect to the live that was happening. At first she couldn't tell what was going on, the camera was all over the place, shaking, with flashes of black, green, and brown moving swiftly in a blur across her screen. She could hear the sound of shoes hitting the pavement and heavy breathing. A scream was heard in the distance and the screen went dark. She waited in horror, holding her breath as thumps were heard along with deep breathing as the movement stopped.

Suddenly the images that filled the screen were familiar, although worry was etched on their faces, their cheeks tinged with pink, sweat dripping from their brows, the faces of the idols she loved so much calmed her and she finally released the breath she was holding.

"ARMY!" J-Hope shouted into the camera, his face filling the screen. He smiled his trademark heart shaped smile, and as scared as Jax was at that moment she couldn't help but smile back, his joy was always infectious to her. A hand appeared on the side of his head, pushing him out of the way.

"Hyung dont hog the screen, ARMY's want to see all of us, not just you." Jimin scolded. J-Hope leant back against the leather seats.

"Shall we introduce ourselves?"

"Joon, don't you think at this stage they know who we are?"

"One, two, three, hello we are-" Namjoon ignored Yoongi's complaints.

"Bangtan Sonyeondan" the seven men spoke in beautiful unison, bowing their heads at the small screen.

"As you can see, ARMY, we have made it to the car. I don't know how many of you saw the attack at the awards show, but we made it out. We lost some really good people tonight; it was awful." Jin paused as the group took a moment for those they had lost.

"Wow, thirty million viewers, that's the most we have ever had, it's good to see that so many ARMY's are safe right now and able to join us. We know you won't all be able to understand us, but know that we are cheering for you to be safe and healthy"

"Taehyung is right," Namjoon continued in English, "There are a lot of you out there who won't understand a lot of what we have to say, but know we are cheering for you"

"Hwaiting" the group all cheered together.

"We are on our way to Hybe building, to regroup with our staff and hopeful-" A loud thump was heard as the group jumped and the phone was dropped, the screen appearing black for Jax as she watched. She heard scuffling and panicked yelling before Jin once again picked up the device, his eyes wide and focussed on something outside the car before looking back at the screen. He began to talk very fast, which made it hard for Jax to understand, she was fairly fluent in Hangul as she had spent a fair amount of her childhood travelling with her best friend whose family only spoke Korean, so she learned quite young to speak it well, but when people began to talk as fast as Jin was at this moment she had trouble keeping up. She managed to catch something about people attacking the car as they drove and the driver having to hit people as they left the venue.

There was more shuffling around and the phone was taken off Jin.

"Calm down Jin hyung, no one can understand you when you talk that fast." Turning his attention to the screen Jimin smiled, but Jax could see that the smile didnt extend to his eyes. Her heart ached for them, seeing the fear in their eyes, hearing them panic and seeing them try to cover up the emotion behind what they were feeling was so hard to watch.

"ARMY, we want you to stay safe, we are sorry we can't do much but reassure you that we are going to be safe back in the Hybe building, it was built to keep us safe. So you don't need to worry about us. We will get through this, together. We need you to stay safe ARMY, stay healthy, and hold your loved ones tight. We are sending you all our love and hope to see you again soon."

A loud bang was heard as there was more scuffling, the camera shaking as the group moved to one side to try to see out of the car better. There was some mumbling before Jungkook appeared on the screen.

"The way to the underground carpark is blocked, our driver said hes going to find a way to distract them so we can drive in, Hobi is going to take over driving. I have no idea what he has planned. Wait, no! Get back in the car!" Jax heard the car door open as Hobi climbed over into the drivers seat before slamming the door shut again. She could see the shock on Jungkook's face and the tears as he watched the scene unfolding before him. She could see the shadows on his face change as the car began to move forward, griding sounds and scuffling, accompanied by distant yelling she couldnt quite understand growing quieter by the moment. A bang indicated that something big had collided. She anxiously searched the screen for any signs that the men were in danger.

"Guys, I don't think our driver made it. I saw him run off and the hoard seemed to follow him, allowing us to get into the carpark safely. Guys, he gave up his life to save us. We owe him everything..." he said quietly, closing his eyes, tears rolling down his cheeks.

"We need to move." Yoongi's voice could be heard from the side as he began to usher the group out of the car. "Sorry ARMY, we need to go, we will come back on later, stay safe, stay healthy, and I hope we can see each other again soon! Hwaiting!" yelled Namjoon into the camera before reaching forward and switching it off, the last thing seen before the screen went black was a shot of Yoongi swinging a sword at a zombie, taking their head off. The comments section in the vlive was going insane as the fans asked questions and wished the group luck, they were scared, confused, and worried for their safety. Jax sat back in shock, taking a moment to ground herself and calm her breathing and heart rate, allowing her tears to finally fall after being so on edge watching them fight their way through. She could only hope that they made it to safety so they could keep their word about being back soon.
