Last Battle

Since this war begun I've been called monster, destroyer, and many other many other names, but honestly I'm just a seventeen year old boy trying to protect his family...if only I knew it could potentially end so soon.

It's been two months since the first attack that started the war and all of us are tired but we keep fighting and we wish every night that this war ends soon.

My family says I've become cold and I know their right, I have become cold due to how many people I've killed since the start and I wish things were different but they aren't but do to a certain red-head there might be hope for me yet....

Timeskip: NightTime

We see drake in the garden of the Gremory estate just looking at the stars while talking to Ddraig.

"Ddraig am I becoming a monster?" I ask coldly.

"No you just became cold due to not knowing how to deal with all people you've killed, it's okay partner hopefully this war will end and you can finally heal!" Ddraig says encouraging me.

"Thanks Ddraig I'm just worried that my family looks at me as a monster; I've just changed so much since we first met I'm scared they'll leave me behind like everyone else!" I say but unbeknownst to me Rias heard it all and decided to confront drake.

"Drake we don't see you as a monster, we are just worried about you and we miss the drake who always smiles and sung all the time, but we also understand why you've changed in the ways you have and I know we all have become a little cold as well more so you than us even the usual stoic koneko and Grafiya are worried!" Rias says as she comes and sits next to me.

"Rias I'm scared that I'll be like this forever!" I say to which Rias lays her head on my shoulder as Akeno appears lays on my other shoulder.

"You won't be drake...and you know why?" Akeno says to which I shake my head.

"Because we will all be hear to help you heal and we know it will take a long time to get back to normal after this is over, but we just have to be there for each other!" Akeno says smiling at me to which I return as we all just watch the stars.

"You know what I miss?" I ask them to which both Akeno and Rias look at me.

"School, I miss school and the normalcy of it all you know...I even miss issei!" I say as we all laugh at that statement.

"I miss it too drake...we all do!" Koneko says as both her and Asia come and sit down beside us.

"Drake...I promise that I will be b-by your side always!" Asia says determined to which I smile before kissing her forehead making her blush.

"Thank you, I just hope...."

'Bang', 'Boom'

As I was talking there was a sudden causing us to jump up and run towards our family before finding them all alright and we all head towards the explosion with us all powering with Akeno, Koneko, and I changing into our hybrid forms with everyone else releasing our auras with me having Asia stay behind me so my wings can protect her just in case.

After reaching the explosion sight we see that we are boxed in on both sides consisting of both fallen and regular angels glaring at us as I release a growl before we all get ready with the devil army showing up following my lead as I March forward ordering the army to split in half to take on both armies.

"ATTTACKKKK!" I yell as we all rush into battle with me killing anything that gets in my way as my family members are releasing magic spells back to back with Asia using her Twilight Healing to heal all our comrades while releasing wind spells that are pushing back the enemy army and before long all that's left are the heavy hitters as our family retreats with our army just leaving Grafiya, Sirzechs, Venelana, and me and we just stare at them as they glare at us....
