Being honest Dawnclan's probably the dearest to me since I made it up originally shortly after i started reading Warrior cats, and thus *dramatic flourish* it hasn't gone through any name changes even though I know Dawnclan is a bit common/generic but like so is Cloudclan \_(0.0)_/
As much as I would love to ramble on and on about my fanclans I'll just give a quick overview of Cloudclan and Owlclan since they're the most relevant for Sunspots's story (yeah her name is no longer Sunstar even though she's still a leader Cloudclan doesn't do the star thing)
Owlclan is a polytheistic clan that believes in a group of ten gods that take the forms of big cats and live in a dense, dark forest.
Kymis is the god of honour and she and her brother Keasis bring the dawn and the dusk by running around the world to be reunited, their story says that it's Kymis's tears that stain the sky red at dawn and Keasis's tears that stain the sky black. Sunspots, although she's no longer a part of Owlclan and was only there briefly he's Kymis's chosen.
The rest of Sunstar's story is Dark (capitalised as it should be-)
Yeah uh also sorry for disappearing, not having a great time as of late, I've been really sick since like September (I do not have covid don't worry) and I have a bunch of wips to finish ehe
Anyways, it's good to be back and I'll probably rant abt my fanclans a lot, oh and Paletooth, Sunspots's "gal pal" his "roommate" if you will, ya know her "historians said they were best friends" :D
Note! while this version of Sunspots is in Cloudclan and not a part of Somervil_902878's awesome warrior cats rp, the Sunstar in that rp looks just like her except without the long eye scar :D
