Chapter 5||Friends or strangers?

Hisoka taps on my shoulder.

"It's better not to be envolved with someone else's prey, We've done our jobs anyways"

Hisoka whispered in my ear.

We left the room and went outside, I could see the dangerous auras from out here. I wonder who would win and lose?

We were walking home as I got curioused.

"Who's that female?" I asked.

"Female?" He asks back with on of his eyeborws raised.

"Yeah, The girl that just showed up weirdly. The ones who had chains"

I tried to ask Hisoka seriously as he started laughing and wheezing.

What the heck is wrong with this clown.

"Female more like a femboy"

He wipes his tears from laughing so so much.

Oh ok. But was it even that funny? Probably not. This crazy psychopath.. tsk.

"So how does it feels to have me as a friend?~"

A weird question escapes Hisoka's lips.

"Who said we're friends.."

I look away in disgust.

"Then what would I do to be your friend?" He asks.

"The one who would offer their life just to make friends with me."

"Oh I see"

I couldn't tell if he's weirded out, upset or anything. All I could say is he made a serious face. I starred at him to read his face..

But Hisoka caught me.

"What 'ye lookin' at?"

"..."

"Nothing."

How could he make a serious face
with what I just said? How crazy is this guy beside me.

There was a lomg moment of silence. Until..

"Are you gonna stop followong me now?" I asked.

"I'm dropping you off your home" Hisoka replies.

"..."

"You helped me with my task. What do you want in exchange?" I looked at him as he replies.

"Nah, Killing them isn't even half as satisfying. But I'll be happy to get your phone number~"

Seriously. Did you not heard what I just said? Is he not scared of dying?

"Are you.. Not scared of death"

"Probably not, Especially if it's for you~"

I sighed in annoyance.

How long are you going to flirt with me.

"Looks like we're here~"

"Yeah" I gave him a paper with my phone number on it.

"Why'd you even wrote this in the first place? You expected this to happen don't you?"

I was very annoyed. Very annoyed.

"I was trying to memorize my phone number, don't even think you're special to me. You'd be feeling betrayed at the end."

"Sure sure~ I'll get goin' now c'ya my Illumi~" Hisoka vanishes.

He sure is annoying. But I never had anyone like this before. It... feels good...?

I then entered the gate and saw Mother, Sitting on a couch at the living room.

"Welcome home Illumi dear"

How annoying can everyone be.

I then walked straightly to my room, plopped on my bed and was about to sleep.

*Beep beep*

My phone rings.. It was an unknown phone number but still picked it up anyways.

"Hellooo my Illumi~"

"GODDARN WHAT IS IT AGAIN?"

"Aww~ Don't be too mad my Illumi, look outside your window~"

Tsk. This jerk, he really thinks I'm going to do that huh.

"Pretty pleasseeeee~"

I sighed and just opened the window to get rid of his annoyingness.

"What no-"

He was.. standing on a tree waving at me.

He sure is weird.

"Yeah sure, what about it?"

"Watch this"

He points his index finger at me and teleports. I was caught off guard that I almost fell on the floor. But I felt an arm supporting my back.

"Be careful my Illumi, I can't afford to lose you in such stupid way~"

I stood up and brushed his arm off.

"It's not like I'll die with just falling on the floor anyways. You're being too dramatic."

He then bursts out in laughter again.
