Main characters and briefing of plot:
Starting off with our main characters, Stiles Stilinski and Lydia Martin, who have known each other since middle school. Although Lydia has never paid much attention to Stiles, he knows everything about her and has a massive crush on her. Moving on, there's Scott McCall, Stiles' best friend since forever. These two are inseparable, having the same interests, being on the high school's lacrosse team, and even occasionally popping their noses into the local police cases. Stiles is always up to date with the latest affairs of the Beacon Hills P.D., as his father, Noah Stilinski, is the Sheriff of the local police station. Things get complicated for the two friends when a new girl attends their school. Her name is Allison Argent, and Scott is instantly smitten by her. After a series of events, and with the blessing of his mother, Mellissa McCall, Scott asks Allison to the Homecoming party. However, he has been prohibited of attending the dance, so he and Stiles come up with a plan that turns out to benefit both. They "kindly" persuade Jackson Whittermore, the jerk captain of the lacrosse team -- and Lydia's recent ex-- to accompany Allison to the dance. The five teens have recently joined companies, as the two girls have become close friends. Plus, Jackson is now aware of Scott's hairy little secret of being a werewolf, so there's no letting him out of their site. The Homecoming night arrives and everything is going according to plan.
Until it all comes crashing down for Stiles.
