The Commission...

Keigo looks over to his father confused 'we don't normally get guests?... and dad doesn't look like he's expecting anymore...?'

"To your room now Keigo" he says in a cold tone making him tenses and freeze for a moment

"Now Keigo!?" Keigo immediately jumps off of the chair, grabbing his chicken and bolting towards his room before closing the door.

Keigo's father makes his way to the front door before opening it, revealing a woman and 2 men all dressed in professional suits.

'what the hell...' he puts on a slight smile "well hello there gentleman, ladys" he nods/bows slightly "how can I help you today?" Without waiting for him to move they walk into his house "a--what the hell! You can't just walk in here! Get out!" He says with a slight hiss, the woman walks over to the kitchen as the two guys stay at the entrance.

"Hello mister Takami, its a pleasure to finally meet you" she says with a smile that is clearly fake before continuing "I am Akarui Kageare from the Hero Public Safty Commission"

He immediately tenses 'what the hell's the Commission doing here!' He smiles slightly in an attempt to hide his anxiety "and what would someone of your asteem be doing here?..." He says with slightly cold eyes as he also makes his way into the kitchen.

This only makes her smile "well you see" she starts walking around the kitchen as she speaks "we are rather interested in your son, and the potential he has to be a great hero" he to stop himself from laughing at that statement but he does scoff slightly.

"and what's so special about Keigo thats got the 'commission' standing in front of me?" He says slightly annoyed.

"Well mister Takami I'm surprised your son didn't tell you...-" she says with a cold smile 'what the hell did you do keigo...' "-last Wednesday, your son saved all 6 civilians from a horrible car crash by using his quirk..." she pauses for a moment to let the information set in.

'What the hell was he thinking! Using his quirk! And no less, to save people!... stupid brat' He huffs in an attempt to hide his anger "ok, and what the hell do you want with him? If you think I'm just going to hand my son to you, you have another thing coming!..." he says with a slight snarl.

"now mister Takami there is no need for that" she pauses for a moment "we would like your son to be one of the first to enter into a program the 'heros of the future' is what we're calling it" she says with a faint smile.

"to enter though, we'd need you to sign full custody of your son over to the commission, you would no longer be able to see your son ag--" Takami slams his hands onto the kitchen table "like hell I'm signing any shit you offer me!? You governmen--" he gets cut off as she started to speak with a cold smile.

"Now Mister Takami, let me finish what I was saying..." she pulls out a form and puts it on the table "you sign this, you loose custody of him and the right to see him" she pauses for a moment as she taps her finger on the paper.

"you will also receive ¥2 500 000 000.00 yen (about 1.5million) upfront" she smiles as she watches his face turn from annoyance to shock

'what the hell!... 2.5million yen... for that brat?' She then continues "you will also be given a clean record mister Takami... any past 'incidents' that may be on there" she pauses with a knowing smile on her face before continuing "will all be completely wiped..."

"now, you don't have to answer right away, we'll give you till tomorrow morning to decide" she smiles and picks up the form once again before walking back over to the door.

"we'll see you then" she says with one last look as Takami as she seems to remember something.

"Oh, and if you refuse our offer mister Takami..." she looks over to him with a smile and cold eyes "let me remind you that it is agenst the law for people... including children, to use there quirk without a licence to help or inflicted pain apon someone, so we will be taking you to court, and with your record..." she pauses with a smile before continuing.

"I'm afraid It won't end very well for you or your son" she smiles sweetly before turning back around to the two other men and they all leave the building.

Keigo stands with his head to the door listens as the front door closes 'what was that about?' He says before he hears angry footsteps coming towards him, before he has time to move the door is slammed open sending him into the middle of the room with a thud

"Keigo! What the hell where you thinking! Saving people! Trying to be a fucking hero!?" He angerly yells towards him.

Fear instantly appears on Keigos face before his father kicks him in the gut, making him hiss and eyes widen for a moment before curling in on himself.

"i-im sorry!?! I-I didnt-" his father quickly kneels infront of him before picking him up by his hair "-didn't what Keigo!?!? That I'd find out!? Think that the fucking commission  would get involved!" Confusion passes across Keigos face for a moment.

'commission?...' His father grips his hair tighter making him wince slightly and attempt to free himself.

"i-im sorry!? I-" before he can say anything else he's roughly thrown to the side making him slam into the wall with a harsh thud, he painfully goes into a ball again, rapping his wings around him as best he can to try and protect himself.

"For the last fucking time Keigo!?! I don't want your fucking apologies?!?!" He says before kicking him again, and again, and again making Keigo yell slightly as he feels old and new wounds start to open up...

And then silence, Keigo doesn't dare move or speak, a minute passes before he hears his dad turn to leave.

"I've had enough of you Keigo, starting tomorrow your no longer my responsibility" is all he says before he leaves, keigo tenses as his eyes start to fill with water... "I... I'm sorry..." he whimpers slightly to himself before weakly hugging himself in an attempt to prevent his tears from falling and keeping his breathing under control...
