Yesterday I made one of the biggest decision in my life. That was to become a hijabi, I was talking to Dee and she told me how my mom was a hijab and then a moment later I was watching a lecture about being modest and it just motivated me
I also talked to my bestfriend Ayesha about it and she told me that being a hijabi doesn't mean you're perfect and that no one is perfect and to be honest being perfect was the only thing holding me back
Sean dragged me out the house to hang with him, Luca, and Aja at Luca and Aja's new house. I was going to say no but I needed to get out more
After praying my afternoon prayer, I headed into the kitchen to check on the chocolate chip cookies I was making for them

Hearing a knock on my door, I opened it to Sean
"hey ready to go" he asked
"yea let me grab my wallet" I told him
Getting in the car, he opened my door and rushed over to his. After starting the engine, we was on our way
"how you been with your nightmares" I asked him
"its getting better alhamdulillah(thank god)" he smiled
"i'm happy to hear that, you've been going to the cemetery" I asked him
"yea on Fridays after prayers since the Mosque is close to there" he said
"i'm happy to hear that you're doing better" I told him
"when did you become a hijabi" he asked
"last night" I told him
"whats the story behind it" he asked
"I was listening to a lecture and it motivated me and also my mom was one so I decided to make the change" I told him
"proud of you, you look beautiful in it too" he said
"thank you" I told him
Arriving at Luca and Aja's house, I was introduced to Aja and now we was both sitting in the backyard
"so wassup with you and Sean" Aja asked
"ain't nothing up, we just business partners and friends" I told her
"thats not what he be telling Luca" she said
"oh yea, what he be telling Luca" I asked
"mhmm I thought y'all was just friends" she said
"oh shush" I laughed
"how long you been a hijabi" I asked her
"3 years, how about you" she said

"good and covered" I told her
"okay girl, you look really beautiful in it" she said
"you look perfect"
"my head is already big don't make it bigger" we laughed
