Loki's Turn

Loki tightened his tie and brushed his hands down his shirt to smooth out the wrinkles. He's never been nervous about anything, but this upcoming date is making him freak out. What if this date isn't good? What if she hates him? So many doubts ran through his mind. Two soft knocks broke him out of his thoughts, he took a deep breath and walked over to the door. It opened to reveal Y/N, dressed in gorgeous attire. (idk if you like dresses, i don't personally so imagine what ever you want!)
"You look ravishing!" He said smiling at the beautiful woman.
"You don't look too bad yourself Loki." She leaned forward and fixed his collar. He cleared his throat and put his hand in his pockets.
"Shall we go then?"
"We shall!" She hooked her arm through his and they left for their date.

The night was amazing! Y/N and him went to dinner then walked around the city for the rest of the night. Of course they received some looks, or Loki received some looks from strangers but he didn't care. He was with Y/N, the most important thing in that moment was her. He told her stories of Asgard and how he would prank Thor when they were children.
"You stabbed him!" She gasped.
"Well yes but he healed quickly, it was just a little joke. He loves jokes." He replied putting her mind at ease.

They took the long way back to the compound cutting through the woods behind the building. They found the lake that sat within the trees and sat on the bench near it. They looked at the moon and how it shined gracefully on the still water, they saw how much brighter the stars were than in the city. Y/N took a deep breath and exhaled.
"Thank you for tonight Loki. It was so much fun!" She smiled at him.
"Of course Dear, I'm glad you enjoyed it." He tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear. She looked away after staring into his eyes for awhile.
"Can I ask you something?" He said breaking the silence.
"Sure!"
"Would you say this date was better than... your one with Bucky?"
She eyes him, she knew why he asked that question.
"Are you jealous?" She smirked.
"What? No never!"
She giggled at his obvious lie.
"This date was amazing, I would love to do it again sometime." She intertwined their hands.
"Does that answer your question?"
"It'll do for now." He squeezed her hand and got up. They entered the compound and went to the main area.

"Hey guys!" Sam said as the two walked in.
"How was the date?"
"It was amazing." Loki said looking at Bucky. He glared at him, her hand was locked with his. She was holding onto his bicep with her other hand. Why was she touching him like that? If he kissed her he's a dead man! 'No one kisses my girl!' Bucky thought.
"It was really fun, we had dinner and walked around the city. I learned so much about Asgard!" Y/N went on to speak about what Loki told her. The entire team focused on her speaking but Loki and Bucky exchanged evil glances towards each other through out the story telling.

"Well it's getting late I think i'm going to go to bed." Y/N announced and said goodnight to the team. As she sat on her bed about to lay down there was a knock at the door. She got up and opened it.
"Loki? What's up?" She asked.
"I just wanted to do one last thing before our perfect night ended."
"Whats that?"
He let out a breath and leaned down placing a kiss on her lips. She blushed as he stood up straight again.
"Good night princess." He said as he walked away to his room. She shut the door and laid her back against it.
"Princess..." She whispered to herself. She smiled at the cute term. Laying back in bed she fell asleep with a smile, happy with how the night ended.
