4// so where do i sign? ♡

30 minuets later Shawn, Matt, Taylor and I have created a list of 5 songs for me to sing.

1. Stand Up- One Direction
2. Warrior- Demi Lovato
3. Heroes (we could be)- Alesso (ft. Tove Lo)
4. Thinking Out Loud- Ed Sheeran
5. The Only Reason- 5sos

After we compiled the list we started recording, I sat on a swivel chair while Shawn played guitar for me.

*5 hours later*

"Well, that was a lot of guitar playing. I think Matt's sacked out."

I looked over to my bed were Matt laid all sprawled out. I giggled and nodded towards Shawn.

"I'll see ya later Shawn" I hugged him and then he went to go wake up Matt.

"Taylor you gotta get up." I said loudly

"Ugh what time is it?" She grunted.

"1 am" I replied while checking my youtube. We're we've only posted the "Stand Up" cover.

"Ughhh can we get Taco Bell?"

"HOLY SHIT" I screamed

"What?!" Taylor said while running towards me

"I just hit 500k subscribers!!!" I said while jumping up and down.

"Omg OMF. can we get Taco Bell now?"

"YES OMG LETS GO" I said while running around my apartment.

I grabbed my keys and we skipped down to the car park.

We went in to the fast food restaurant, and ordered.

*two weeks later*

Well we've posted all 5 covers and I now have over 1 million subscribers, 1.6 followers on vine, 2 million followers on Instagram, and 3.5 million followers on Twitter.

Me and Shawn were on our way to the Sun Record Label headquarters to see if they will sign me now.

I had a short floral dress on and some white pumps, I also had a little white cross body with a gold chain. I did my makeup with some foundation, eyeliner, mascara and some light pink lip stick. Shawn then took my hand because he knew how nervous I was for the conference.

45 minuets later and we were at the large building. I took my hand from Shawn's and I put my cased phone back in my little bag.

"Hello are you here to see any one?" The receptionist asked

"Um yeah, im not sure who called me but about 2 weeks ago someone called me saying that if I posted 5 covers on my YouTube channel then Sun Records would sign me..." I trailed off and the receptionist looked up.

"Ah that was probably Mary, let me get you back to her office alright?"

"Okay." I replied with a small smile.

She picked up the phone besides her desk and dialed some numbers.

"Hi Mary there's a girl here looking for you"

I played with my fingernail trying not to chop off my white nail polish.

"Mhm yep... Okay... Yes... Short... Okay... Bye." The receptionist looked up from her computer screen and looked at me

"Mary will see you now, all you have to do is go up the stairs and first door on your left."

"Okay, Shawn you'll have to go stay in the car" I turned to him.

"Mkay, tell me how it goes."

I hugged him and walked towards the stairs.

After I got to the door I hesitated before knocking.

"Come in" a cheery voice said, i assumed it was Mary.

I walked in almost tripping on one of my heels.

"Hi Ariana"

"Um Hi" i said shyly.

"So I saw your covers and I was very impressed, how about we talk about some contracts and ways to get you very well known."

"Uh okay, sounds good"

After we talked about several options I knew I was going to be signed to the Record Label and we would start recording some songs in the upcoming weeks, Mary just wants me to start writing. I'll be taking a notebook everywhere to jot down any notes or lyric ideas.

"So where do I sign?"

"You can sign right here" Mary replied pointing towards a signature line with her perfectly manicured nail.

I signed and then we checked out.

I was now signed to a record label.
