Into The Back rooms

Trust and Bonds.

After a bit longer of laying together, Quinn softly said, "Hey.. Alex, it's um.. time to wake up." he sounded unsure of himself and as I opened my eyes I could see he was blushing as well, making me blush a bit harder. "sorry- I'm really not used to company- especially not like.. eh-" he covered his face thinking he had sounded dumb. We sat up and I got closer to him, I trusted him, he's the first dude I've trusted in... forever.. it's a nice refresher. "So what o you do all day? Just sit around or something?" I say sitting with my knees up and resting my elbow on one knee. "I mostly just.. stay and hope someone comes by to trade with me, or just to start a conversation. There really isn't much to do here.. other than exploring, but I'd rather not, because I ight get lost or.. worse.." Quinn replied while he was looking through his hoard of items for some food and almond water. He found a box of cereal, two bowls, and two bottles of almond water. Quinn starts walking towards me, I pull out a water bottle and say, "Thanks man, but um.. I've got my own food you don't have to give me any.." he sits next to me and sets down the items and says, "I insist, you're the guest, and I have plenty. Trust me." Quinn hands me the box and I pour some in the bowl and take out an apple from my bag and my knife to  slice the apple and offer some to Quinn. He takes half and I eat the other. I yawn despite how long ago I woke up and feel myself wanting to scooch closer to Quinn, I don't notice myself leaning on his shoulder but once I catch myself I start to lift my head but Quinn pulls me back, I'm tired so I don't care. Quinn lays down seeing I'm tired and allows me to lay on him, I settle down, yawn, and fall asleep. As I drifted asleep I feel Quinn hug me closer, makes me feel comfortable.
