Chapter 1

This is it the hunter exam.

This place looks boring but who cares. I decided to go over to a wall but this green blob stopped me and gave me a badge. "Number 108! Welcome to the hunter exam!" I looked at my badge in disgust.

I'm the 108th applicant- "dang, I thought I would be like the 67th- '' all of a sudden I heard a voice come from in front of me. I looked up from my badge and saw a short guy in all blue. "Hello, my name's Tonpa! Wanna have a drink as a signature of our friendship!" I honestly just looked this dude up and down and said "who said we're friends? And ever heard of stranger danger." and I then walked away to the wall I was originally heading to. Till that green blob just decided to pop out of nowhere and give me a badge. I stood by that wall watching a bunch more people come in.

After some time there was this one group that caught my eye.

There was a spiky haired boy who looked the same age as me. A blond haired boy who is probably around 15. And an... old man who is wearing a blue suit- such an odd group...

Anyway after the green blob gave them their badges. That short dude with a blue outfit I think he said his name was.. Tenpo, Teapo, Teapa, Topa, or was it Tonpa? Yeah I think that was it, Tonpa! Anyway that dude came up to those three and said "Hello, my name's Tonpa! Wanna have a drink as a signature of our friendship!" like why is he trying to friend everyone in this room-

"Hi! I'm Gon, that's Kurapika, and that's Leorio!"

Gon said as grabbing a drink from Tonpa. Kurapika and Leorio grabbed a drink for themselves too. Tonpa smiled and said "Nice to meet you three! I hope we can become great friends." Gon smiled then drank the juice Tonpa gave him. But immediately the spiky haired boy spit it out.

And the old dude and blondie just dumped it. I decided to stop paying attention and put my focus more on the person who literally just screamed. It looked like his arms were turning to flower petals. I mean it was pretty creepy but cool at the same time! All of sudden this clown dude said "My how unusual.. it seems this poor man's arms have turned into flower petals." To be completely honest I wasn't paying any attention to what he was saying but more of this man's height. Like is this man 7 feet or something-!

All of a sudden I saw this man. He had pastel purple hair and a black mustache but no mouth-

Yet somehow he spoke to us and said "let the first phase begin." I decided to take out my phone and put it in headphones and I started to listen to music while me and all of the other applicants started walking to the next phase.
