But then I saw Hisoka holding leorio. "Um Killua.. Look.." I pointed towards the two.
Killua looked over to where I pointed and saw them. We watched as Hisoka put Leorio down and had him lean on a tree. Hisoka then walked away and we ran to Leorio. We didn't talk to him since he looked really tired and he should also probably get some rest before the second phase begins. We sat down next to him and me and Killua both looked at one another wondering what happened to him and if Kurapika and Gon were ok. But I decided to ignore that. I'm more focused on if they are gonna make it to the second phase alive. I then grabbed my phone and saw it was 3:57. I'm pretty sure the phase will end at 4:00. So they have 3 minutes.. At this point all I could do was hope. I just waited by the tree looking at my phone and once it was about to turn to 4:00 I looked up and saw Kurapika and Gon walk into the second phase. I smiled, they got here right on time. Killua looked up and saw them as well. We both got up and waved at them. Eventually they both saw us and ran over. Right when they got here we heard the examiner call out "Welcome to the second phase everyone. I shall take my leave now."
And then he left but as he left the gates opened and we saw two new examiners one was a male and he was extremely tall and fat- I do not mean that in a rude way just describing him. And the other was a female normal size and skinny. She also has some very interesting styled hair.
Me, Killua, Gon, and Kurapika realized Leorio tried to get up but while doing so asked "what happened, where am I-?" We all looked at him and decided not to answer his first question. "We're at the second phase." I said. Leorio looked at me and nodded then got up. We were now listening to the examiners about the second phase and apparently we have to cook. They were apparently called gourmet hunters. Honestly I didn't know that was a thing but the more you know! So anyway what i'm getting at is we collect a pig and we cook it but make sure It tastes decent and looks pleasant. Once we all were set off we ran into the forest. Me, Killua, Kurapika, Leorio and Gon all stuck together. As we were searching for the pigs we saw Gon slide down a hill and we all joined but Gon sat at the end of the hill so we kinda got stuck- "Look.. pigs." we all looked at where gon pointed and we saw massive pigs but.. "Don't tell me they're carnivores.." Kurapika said. Bur right when he said that the pigs saw us. We got up and literally ran like the wind- no joke we darted those things were fast so we had to be fast too.
Once we got back up the hill we yelled "Run!" and when they looked in our direction people ran up trees and others scattered. We all looked at one another and splitted up. We all got one pig chasing us. I kept throwing things at it trying to find its weak spot but Gon beat me to it. So I climbed a tree and jumped on its forehead causing the pig to die "Score!" I yelled. Killua and Gon looked at me and all three of us laughed. Me and the others picked up the pigs and got together again and started running back to cook them. Once we got back we placed the pigs on the little stove thing and for a while we were spinning the pigs as they cooked. Once they were done we took them off but some applicants just continued to cook them. Like do they want them burnt-
We all made sure they all were cooked well so we put them on a plate. But somebody got there before us and I think his pig was burnt because she didn't even touch it. Then they had an argument but who cares. Killua saw that I wasn't paying attention but he ignored it and waited until they were done fighting. Once they finished, Leorio went up and she put an X on him too. And she still didn't touch the food. Which makes me wonder...
*Flashback*
What I'm getting at is we collect a pig and we cook it but make sure It tastes decent and looks pleasant.
*End of flashback*
That's right!
"Hey guys!" I said. All four of them looked at me "yes?" Kurapika said. "It doesn't just have to taste good, it has to look good too!" I said. They all looked at each other and smiled "That's right!" Gon said happily. We all ran out to get supplies the examiners saw and they knew we figured it out. We all went our separate ways. I went straight because I was on a hunt for spices and I didnt want to get ahead of myself because the examiner may have some. She is a gourmet hunter. And that's what I did. I collected spices and some lettuce and tomatoes because Kurapika showed me where he found some. Then we all got back and everyone saw what he had and ran out. As they all were decorating the pig I was cutting it and once I finished that I started seasoning but I felt the need for chili powder. So I asked the examiner and it turns out she had some and offered me some. It was splendid. I know I'm gonna pass!

It's finally done!

Leorio, Kurapika, Gon, and Killua served their dishes but got all X's. I got a little worried but I have really good cooking skills. It's not a hobby, more of a daily task.
As I walked up I could hear Gon and Killua say "You got this Akemi, generally in our opinion it looks delicious!"
Which boosted my confidence. I gave the plate to the examiner and she looked pleased. She tried it and smiled and gave me a check. "I would have cooked it a little longer but other than that you pass!" she said. I smirked. I mean I knew I was gonna pass, how could I not. Once I turned around I saw an airship in the sky and an old man jumped out. And started talking about how it's a little unfair to fail everybody because they couldn't satisfy her taste. It honestly got kinda boring. Which is why I just decided to walk toward Killua and them. "Good job Akemi!" Gon said while having a big smile. I smiled back. "Good job I guess.." Killua said while bushing out of embarrassment which I found kinda cute and funny. "Btw Kurapika thanks for showing me where I could find the lettuce and tomatoes, it really helped!" I said. "Of course." Kurapika smiled. "Is cooking a hobby of yours?" Leorio asked. "No, it's just a daily task. I help my mom with the cooking." I replied. "That makes sense."
"Alright everybody get in the airship and we should be on our way!"
After he said that, Everybody got in the airship and we left.
