"I'm guessing there's no more trouble in paradise?" Jongho raised an eyebrow in full need of details.

"I can sense your positive aura from here. Not that I'm complaining of course because these past few weeks I swear I could've seen the stick that was metaphorically shoved up your ass." Seonghwa snickered along with Mingi and Jongho who just stood behind the bar wiping down empty shot and wine glasses.

"Fuck off." I hissed, only to also join them in laughing.

Because to be honest I was walking around with frustration practically dripping from my skin less than a day ago. That's just what kind of effect the smaller boy had on me. He heavily influenced my mood, rather it was a good thing or a bad thing.

"Did you guys know they're all best friends?" Seonghwa added after he calmed his breathing from the laughter.

Only receiving an eyebrow raise and look of confusion from all of us, Seonghwa sighed.

"Our boyfriends are best friends with each other." Seonghwa added. "When I was at the party with Hongjoong after we saw you Wooyoung," he motioned towards me. "We saw Mingi's boyfriend talking to Jongho's boyfriend, and Hongjoong begged for us to stay so he could catch up with them. Unfortunately he wouldn't let me leave so I had to stay and be part of the conversation. Then they all started talking about Wooyoung, and how they're planning on going on a trip to surprise him. That being said they wanted me to persuade you all to come."

"So let me get this straight." Mingi started, his eyes looking at Jongho and I before he focused in on Seonghwa. His arms crossed and head tilted to the side slightly, immediately earning a laugh from Jongho and I while Seonghwa stood in confusion. "You went through all that about them being best friends, which we all know by the way, to get to the actual point and tell us that you were told to persuade us?"

Seonghwa, tilted his head down as if he was embarrassed and nodded slowly.

"I didn't know that...until the party." He said softly.

Bursting out in laughter at his painful slowness, we all shook our heads and spewed out a couple of harmless insults that directed towards his inability to observe and seek out the obvious.

"Anyways, what's this about a trip? Did they tell you the details?" I started as I went behind the bar to pour myself a drink.

"They all want to take a trip to Yeosang's family vacation home which is on the beach. They said that they haven't all spent time with Wooyoung in a while, and that we should all get to know each other outside of being said person's boyfriend."

"And I'm supposed to keep this from Wooyoung because it's a surprise for him...okay." I mumbled to myself as I sorted out the details of my plan in my head.

"It's supposed to be this weekend..." Seonghwa finalized.

"So literally tomorrow." Mingi deadpanned.

"Yeah, I know it's last minute but come on it'll be fun." Seonghwa continued, receiving nothing but glares and eye rolls from us.

"So where are we going? I know you said it's another surprise date, but you know how much I hate surprises

"So where are we going? I know you said it's another surprise date, but you know how much I hate surprises." Wooyoung leaned his head carefully against the window.

I could tell he was practically itching to look out the window. He had a lot of cute habits I quickly picked up on after we started going out for a month. One being, biting his nails when he's nervous. The other being, staring out the car window to look at the scenery all while blasting indie rock music so he could paint himself as the main character in whatever novel he was writing. If this surprise wasn't so important, I would take the blindfold off of him right now just so I could occasionally glance over at his face as he loses himself in his imagination. Watching as the sunlight captures his strong, but heavenly features. Seeing his smile switch to a frown as his eyes sparkle occasionally as he switches up his utopia to a sudden dark and twisted fantasy.

"Sannie. Come on, tell me." He whined, his lips coming to a small pout.

Smiling to myself, I gripped his hand and gently rubbed my hand against his palm. "I can't baby it's a secret."

Groaning to himself as he slouched himself further into the seat, I laughed at his childish ways. I tightened my grip around his hand. I brought it up to my mouth and kissed it, admiring how small and dainty his fingers were compared to mine.

As we approached Yeosang family beach house, which by the way looked exactly like a hamptons style mansion, I found myself getting more excited as we edged closer and closer. I was happy that midterms were finally over, and Wooyoung would finally be able to hang out with his friends like he's wanted to do for a long time now. I knew that being with me almost every second of everyday wasn't going to be enough for him, he needed his friends too and I understood that. Which is why I couldn't have been happier to help give his surprise to him.

"Okay we're here." I smiled before getting out of the car, and running to the passenger side so I could open up the door for him. "Take my hand."

I guided him up the driveway and eventually up the white wooden steps that led to a porch which had walnut wooden floors and two white wicker egg swing chairs that hung on either side of the porch. Ringing the doorbell, it took no time for those two huge glass doors to swing open. The smell of various kinds of food and dessert hitting our noses in almost a millisecond.

"S-sannie?" His hand tightened around my arm. "What's going on?"

Looking at Yeosang who gave me the thumbs up as he gathered all their friends at the doorway, I gently let go of Wooyoung's grasp and took off his blindfold.

"Surprise!"

The look on Wooyoung's face right now, I'd do anything to see that look again and again for the rest of my life. He was teary eyed, but his smile was as wide as the ocean and you could hear by his boisterous laughter that he was on cloud nine right now.

"Surprise baby." I whispered in his ear as he brought me into one of his comforting yet suffocating bear hugs.

He was happy, and because of that I knew this weekend was going to be one of the most amazing memories I've yet to create with him.
