"Oh, how I wanted to punch myself in the face for the amount of sarcasm I had used against myself. Of course, I wasn't a genius! A genius would have checked the weather! A genius would have brought an umbrella! A genius would have-!"

(Okay, I got what you're saying. You seriously shouldn't have parked a block away. That's too far)

"Fuck off! I'll rant if I want to!"

"Wait? What box?"

"Oh shit!" I cried out in alarm as I tripped over something and faceplanted a patch of grass.

(That box.)

"No dip Sherlock." I growl as I rubbed my face and looked over at the 'box' which was, in fact, a box.

(Literally just said that.)

I ignored the fourth wall breaking author as
I opened the box up carefully. I looked into the box to be face to face with a rainbow of cats. No like it seriously looks like something from a skittle commercial or some shit.

(Okay you're getting off track!)

I rolled my eyes at the author before looking down back at the kittens. For cats, they seemed to have a lot of emotions. Like why are they looking at me like I'm some crazy chick? Well, the ginger one was glaring at me. This cute black and orange one was tripping over everyone just to meow in my face. The rest of our magical rainbow looked pissed. They seemed wet too.

(Uh...It's raining out and some clumsy chick just tripped over their box.)

"Oh right...Hey!"

I huffed in annoyance before staring back at the kittens. I couldn't just leave them here! I mean I'm sure my (C/R) wouldn't care! They never said I couldn't have pets when I rented the house from them. I was caught up in my daze until I felt a small, fluffy paw lay on my hand. I blinked a few times before looking down at the adorable black kitten with an orange face. His right eye was closed while his left side showed onyx hues that screamed 'I'm cute, soft, wet, and cold! Take me home!'

"I can't say no to that face." I cooed as I picked the small kitten up and nuzzled his nose to mine. "Alright, I've decided! I'll take you all with me until I can find your new homes!"

I set the ball of fluff back into the box before carefully picking it up, which was extremely hard! It was soaked! How was it not mush! This author needs to get her shit together!

(My shit is together! And it's possible for the box to be fine!)

"Have you tested this?!"

(Of course not! I just threw garage into one and the box was fine.)

"Comparing kittens to trash? That's sad."

(Shut up! Just get to our car already!)

I rolled my eyes before scooping the box up into my arms and almost falling over causing a few of the cats to hiss and spit their distaste. I gave them an apologetic smile before carefully standing up with them and continuing my walk towards my car. I smiled softly as I saw my (f/c) car come into view and quickly walked over to set the box on top on its roof. I dug out my keys and quickly unlocked my door. Once the door was opened I quickly picked up the box and set them in the passenger seat before seating myself, shutting the door, and starting the engine.

"Alright. That wasn't so bad...Just gotta get home, dry off, and eat. Sound good?" I question the box earning a few quiet meows. I nodded my head and smiled as I head down the road towards home.

(You needed to take a right.)

"Son of a bitch!"

Okay! So everything on this chapter has been updated! I have taken out things and pretty much rewrote this chapter! Expect more chapters to be rewritten!
