Perhaps trying to climb a fence in the middle of the night wasn't the best idea...
All trussed up and still nowhere to go

Minor descriptions of injury.
Izuku laughed as he ran through the alleyways with his friend. Sure, it was midnight and sure, it was dangerous; that didn't stop the two companions. The night was quiet, sans for the odd meow coming from a street cat.
He gazed at the grime-ridden walls. No one had cleaned them in years. he doubted that it would change anytime soon. Occasionally, Izuku would spot the odd graffiti piece, faded but still there. he would admire them as he ran past, avoiding the stray bins littered around.
Uraraka stopped from her place ahead of Izuku, observing the high fence in front of the two.
"Hey, uh Mido? We have a bit of a problem..." Uraraka said, a hint of hesitance in her voice.
"C'mon, it can't be that bad!" Izuku teased as he approached his friend.
Izuku stared at the fence that lay in front of the pair. It was almost menacing, the way it stood at the mouth of the small space. How would they get around it?
Well, the only thoughts going through his head was:
"I'm gonna jump it."
"Mido! Are you crazy?! Have you seriously looked at the size of this thing? It's at least three times your height. Do you seriously think that you can jump it? We can't even use our quirks. Do you seriously want to be charged with vigilanteism?" Uraraka sighed. "As much as I would love to see you do this, you're gonna fail. Then I'm going to need to take you to the hospital for at least one broken bone."
Izuku smirked at the disapproving look that Uraraka gave him.
"All the more reason to do it."
Izuku laughed at the undignified sounds that Uraraka let out as he prepared to jump (Well, climb) the fence. Internally, he was debating whether or not he was to wear shoes or not. On the one hand, he could get a better grip on the fence when climbing it. But on the other, there could be glass on the other side. Frankly, he didn't want to end up hobbling around the place because the soles of his feet were stabbed by some shards of glass.
Shrugging, he kept them on as he tested the strength of the fence, gently putting some weight on the diamonds of metal. Nodding to himself, he started his ascent.
It was hard work as Izuku was still not used to the act. After all, climbing was not his strong suit. But hey, he made it work.
All was going fine...
That was until he reached the top.
Izuku recoiled at the sharp pain that graced his fingertips. Thinking nothing of it, he moved to grip at a different part of the fence.
Izuku winced as he grabbed a coiled piece of metal. he panicked as he felt the drip of blood running down his hand, holding tighter to the fence to ease or worry. But actually, that was the worse idea that he could think of.
Jagged pieces of wire dug deep into his hand, threatening to push through to the backside of his hand.
He couldn't help himself as he let out a ragged cry. The agonizing scream that he let out would haunt Uraraka's dreams for months on end.
Izuku dropped like a sack of bricks, landing on the ground with a sickening crunch.
But alas, the pain wouldn't stop.
The barbed wire coiled around his arm akin to a snake. Blood seeped through his now hole-ridden sweater as the sharp spikes dug deeper into his arm.
"Midoriya!" Uraraka cried out, abandoning her spot from in front of the fence. "Midoriya, are you alright? Please tell me you're ok. You have to be! Aizawa would actually kill me if you died here."
All Uraraka got in reply was a hiss of pain that emanated from the still body of her friend.
"Ok, ok, ok, what do I need to do? Do I cut the wire? Do I leave you here? Do I need to call an ambulance? Wait! Did you hit your head? I think I heard a snap. Was that one of your arms or legs? Did y-"
"J-just shut up." Izuku moaned, wincing at the small amount of movement. "I'll be ok. Just cut me free, will you? I'm kinda stuck to this massive line of wire right now and would like to get off of this manky floor."
Uraraka laughed as she stood up to look for something to cut the wire with.
"Everything will be ok, Izuku. I'll make sure of it." Uraraka whispered as she held Izuku's hand tightly, haven had been unsuccessful in his attempt to find a sharp object.
"Now let's just hope that Aizawa won't kill me after he finds out about this."
Uraraka chuckled.
Yeah, everything would be fine.
