Tonight was the night. I was beyond nervous yet so excited to be performing at WWE, I was performing my fiancé's theme live on Raw. My fiancé was WWE superstar and currently the World Heavyweight Champion, I was extremely proud of him. He finally feels like he's living out what he always wanted, he's a face of the brand and I couldn't be happier for him.

I decided to go with a casual yet sexy outfit for tonight's performance, I wanted to be ringside for Dean's match. Thankfully the McMahons said it was okay, I was ecstatic I was getting to see his match up close. Him and his former shield brothers were in a triple threat match for the title, this is gonna be quite interesting.

"Hey babe I wanted to introduce you to my friends." Dean said, I walked over to him as we walked down the hallway. I seen a half blonde half brunette man smile at us, he waved us over. "Hey Ambrose so this is your beautiful fiancé, well I'm Mr. Face of this company and you are?" He extended his hand, I shook it.

"My name is Y/N, and it's lovely to meet you Seth Dean's told me quite a lot about you." I said, he chuckled. "All good things I hope, hey Roman get your ass over here and meet Dean's Fiancé." Seth yelled, I saw a tall tan figure with tribal tattoos turn around. He looked familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it, when he looked up I instantly knew who it was.

"Y/N? Is that you?" He asked, I was in shock. Joe was my ex fiancé in college until I found out he was cheating and lying to me. I was heartbroken and called of the engagement, I went to Barcelona to study music. "Yeah umm what are you doing here Joe?" I asked, Seth and Dean gave each other a confused look.

"Umm I'm a superstar here, I go by the name Roman Reigns one third of the legendary shield members." He explained, I nodded. "Well this is unexpected, you two know each other or something?" Seth asked, Roman looked at me.

"Yeah it was a long time ago, Roman and I were one engaged to be married. But they ended die to reasonings I rather not say, I haven't seen him in years and this is the first time." I explained, Dean looked shocked. "You were engaged how come I didn't know this?" Dean asked, I shook my head.

"I never thought I'd see him again, but if you'll excuse me I have to set up." I walked away from the group, I needed to get to my station to set up for Dean's entrance. It had been years since I look into my ex fiancés eyes, I never thought I'd see him again after breaking up with him. My life was hell getting over him in Barcelona, I threw myself into work just to escape the memories.

My mind went into overdrive of all the possible thoughts, I couldn't break down yet I had to wait till after this big match. I took some deep breathes as I went out first, I smiled wickedly at the WWE universe. I started Dean's theme, it sounded so much better live than through the speakers as music. Dean came out pumped up, his lunatic persona showing through. He winked at me going down the ramp, rolling in the ring and on the ropes holding his title high.

I finished his theme as the others came out before going down the ramp, the match was about to start. As the bell ring the boys were off fighting each other, this match last about 25 minutes Dean hit Roman with his finisher pinning him to keep the title.

I screamed happily as I ran up the stairs and in the ring, as he stood up grabbing his title. I hugged his sweaty body tightly, and he returned my hug burying his head in my neck. I let him go raising his hand up high, we got out the ring going backstage as Shane and Daniel congratulated him.

I let Dean sit down in catering as I went to his locker room to pack up my things, I seen roman at his locker. "You know I never thought I'd see you again y/n and now that I have I couldn't feel more like an asshole." He said, my back was turned to him. "I let the most beautiful woman slip through my grasp, and I've been paying for it for years now." He explained, I didn't turn around.

"Why'd you do it Joe? Why'd you cheat on me with her?" I asked in a small voice, he looked at me. "Blackmail. She said she'd hurt you and my career if I didn't do what she wanted, I couldn't tell you cause she had eyes on me at the campus. I couldn't jeopardize you or us, I loved you to much for that." He explained, I turned to face him.

"Is this true? How can I believe you there were so many lies told Joe." I asked, I looked at his face watching his tears fall. "I know you can't trust me but this is the truth Y/N, I'm coming forward now like I should've did years ago. I'm so sorry I hurt you, I'm sorry I put you through hell and I'm sorry I wasn't the man you needed in your life." He sniffled, more tears fell from his face. I grabbed his hands making him look at me,

"I know Joe and I accept your apology, I believe you. Thank you for telling me the truth finally, I means a lot to me." I said, he smiled as I wiped his face. "Well my wife would want me too, not to this extent but she'd want me to own my mistakes." He said, my eyes widened. "Your married?" I asked shocked, he chuckled nodding.

"Yes I'm married, I have daughter and twins on the way as we speak." He said, I smiled. "I'm so happy for you Joe, I'm happy your finally happy." He smiled wider. "I'd like for you to meet her soon, I know you'll love her. But I'm happy for you Y/N you've got an amazing career, and Dean's gonna make you so happy." I smiled widely.

"He already does Joe, he's my whole world." We both stood up, as I grabbed my guitar bag. "Thank you for this Joe, I'm finally at peace with everything." I said, he pulled me in for a bear hug. "No thank you Y/N, for being the most understanding woman I ever met." He said in my ear, I hugged him tighter.

I didn't wanna let go but I had to, the chapter that was still left open was finally being closed and for some reason I hoped it wouldn't end here. I wanted us to be close friends one day, and look back on this as growth for both of us. We both let go as I walked to the door, I looked back at him smiling and waving goodbye at me. I waved back leaving out the locker room, going back to Dean.

He already had his bags cause he wanted to leave after his match, we were gonna celebrate tonight for him retaining. "What took you so long babe something happen?" Dean asked, I shook my head. "Nothing happened babe, just got an old friend back." I smiled, he looked at me weird wrapping an arm around me.

"O...kay I thought we go to this Italian restaurant tonight to celebrate, and maybe a little fun time after it." He wiggled his eyebrows, I giggled as we walked towards the exit. "Of course baby, anything for you champ." I giggled, he smirked doing his shoulder dance. I seen Joe out the corner of my eye, he winked at me me making me smile.

Right then I knew everything would be fine, and he'd be in my life again like nothing ever happened.
