Chapter 44

*Time skip*

Jungkook and Soo-ah left for a shoot.

Soo-ah kept silent throughout the whole ride to the spot.

Jungkook tried to talk to her for some time but she was just trying to ignore it.

Deep inside she was just scared of what he would say. She was scared of losing a loved one again.

''What's wrong with her? Did I do something wrong?''- thought Jungkook and glanced at her.

Soo-ah was trying to avoid his gaze and looked out of the window.

Jungkook moved his head becoming restless and finally told the driver, ''Turn the car around.''

Soo-ah looked back at him being confused.

''But we have a shoot, Sir.''- said Soo-ah.

''Reschedule it.''- said Jungkook in a commanding voice.

''But......''

''I said, reschedule it.''- Soo-ah was cut by Jungkook.

She flinched a bit and nodded.

''Where do you want me to go, Sir?''- asked the driver.

''Office.''- said Jungkook.

The driver nodded and after a few minutes pulled over by the office.

Jungkook immediately got out of the car.

He looked back at Soo-ah and said, ''In my room right now!''

Soo-ah followed him to his room.

Jungkook shut the door behind her and pinned her on the door.

''Now tell me what's wrong.''- said Jungkook with rage in his voice.

Soo-ah's eyes moistened.

Jungkook kept looking at her softening his gaze a bit.

Soo-ah covered her face with her hands.

His eyes widened.

He pulled her closer putting her head on his chest.

Her little whimpers turned into sobs.

He started rubbing her back to control her tears.

She hugged him tightly.

He hugged her back and started caressing her hair.

Suddenly someone knocked on the door and Jungkook shouted, ''Not now!''

''Ok, Sir.''- said someone from outside and left.

Jungkook looked at Soo-ah and said, ''Come sit here.''

He pulled her to the couch and made her sit on his lap.

Soo-ah was still crying like a baby.

Jungkook cupped her face and kissed her forehead pulling her closer.

He took the tissue box from the side table and started wiping her tears.

He kept it back to its place and hugged her again.

Soo-ah calmed a bit.

''I'm sorry for shouting at you before.''- said Jungkook and started caressing her back.

Soo-ah just kept quite burying her face in his chest.

''Now please tell me what's wrong?''- asked Jungkook.

Jungkook pulled a bit away to face her.

Soo-ah kept looking down.

He made her look at him holding her chin up.
