"Cute," she utters, looking up at the blue-sky with tired eyes as she purses her lip into a thin-line. Her gaze trails after a couple of birds, colorful and shimmering, ignoring the chatter around the area as her classmates walk pass her.

Her hands are shoved into her pocket, unbothered, wondering if she should head to the convenient store or do anything prior to going home. A couple of people were pointing at her, having been curious about her, but she didn't pay them much mind. It had not been a good first day of school since most people were overwhelming her — and trying to get to know her. In a couple of days, that would change because she isn't a talkative person.

Brenda didn't like loud noises, she didn't like loud people, and talking to others is an indication of getting those things. There are multiple things that could trigger her rage and loud people are one of those things. Her family isn't understanding of that, constantly annoying her with small talks – or bothering her in her times of peaceful silence. The constant intrusions and their need to break her boundaries are irritating, something that she wanted them to stop, but her shouts of anger never stops them and they're always doing the same thing to piss her off.

Her doctors had advised them to stop — or to listen to her, but they never do and the chaos unfolds.

"Should we try talking to her?"

"We should," a voice respond in a low tone, but she could hear them — as their hushed tones are loud.

"I don't know; she doesn't seem inter– Shelly, wait!"

Brenda feels a soft tap on her shoulder, causing her to halt her steps before looking over her shoulder to meet the bored facial expression of the blonde haired female. She's shorter than her by a couple of inches, more petite compared to her, but she did not bother to spare it much thought.

Matching her expression, she perks a brow as she stares down at her in boredom, "Anything I can help you with?"

"These idiots," the blonde points behind her, showing a group of people behind them; three boys and two other females.

"Hey!"

"— want to know if you wanted to hang out?"

"No," she didn't hesitate, nor did she pretend to think about it to seem less rude. "Is that all?"

Two of the boys slump, the other pats his friends on their back, and the two other girls sweat at their reaction, knowing they're a bit hopeful at times, but they didn't utter anything on it. It is best for them to learn the harsh truth; this girl doesn't want to be anywhere near them or Jay.

"Yeah," she doesn't bother in saying anything else, turning her heels and walking back to the group; two boys fuming at her as if she committed a villainous crime.
