Chapter Twenty Two

I ran as fast as I could to Evelyn's voice. 'Please don't kill her!' I begged in my head.
I came to an opening and I saw Connor pushing Evelyn to her knees making her scream. He must be doing something to her.
" STOP!" I wanted to yell but then I wouldn't get to do this.
I ran up and kicked Connor in the chest so hard, he flew hundreds of feet away into a tree. Then Ashley charged at me out of no where and throws a fire ball at me. I don't think, I just do and raise my hands shooting the fire ball back at her. She falls over crying in pain as Connor charges for me.
Since I just found out I have telekinesis, literally, I used it to shoot Connor up and I held him up there in the air.
" What should I do with you?" I ask.
" Please..please!! Put me down!!" Connor begs. He is such a baby.
" You know what? I think I do know what I'll do with you and Ashley," and when I said Ashley I used my telekinesis to lift her.
" Please!! Don't hurt her!! I'll do anything!!"
What?! Connor likes Ashley? I didn't see that coming. I didn't know evil people could fall in love.
I leave them in the air as I knelt down by Evelyn and said," Are you okay?"
" Ha! Like she is," Connor snorts.
I jump up and punched him in the gut.
" What did you do to her?" I asked with a growl.
He looks terrified and saids," I put Black Rings in her and some Seraphinex in her."
That rose a spark in me. She was dying and in extreme pain. I picked Evelyn up and with Connor and Ashley floating in tow, ran as fast as I could to the cabin. I need to save her and I'm not letting Connor and Ashley get away again. They will pay.

When I got to the cabin, I threw Connor and Ashley to the ground and then I imagined them tied up in ropes that they never could break. When they appeared I ran with Evelyn into the cabin to find all three guys taking around the fire.
They stopped talking when they saw me and Evelyn.
" She's affected by Black Rings and Seraohinex! We need to save her!" I said as I put Evelyn on the bed.
" oh, no!" Jason saids as he comes over to Evelyn. Before he gets a chance to touch her hand, I pusb him against the wall by the throat.
" Don't you dare touch her!" I said clearly angered.
His eyes went wide but then he smirked.
" I knew you couldn't resist me," he said as he removed my hand from his throat," but it's to late."
" Listen here, bird brain, I don't like you and never will! And you will NOT mess with Evelyn or I swear you won't see the light of day."
Fred walks over to Evelyn and puts a hand to her head.
" She isn't immune to Seraphinex. I don't know what I can do."
" No! There has to be something there has to..." Before I could finish I fell to the ground with an sensation taking over my body. I was shaking with shock. I look up at Jason and I know he did it. I shake it off and walk over to Jason who was now waking to Evelyn.
" It takes more than a shock to get pass me, " I said as I shocked him making him fall to the ground.
Salem and Fred start laughing.
" What?"
" He didn't shock you. Fred did," Salem said.
" Why?"
" Because usually when you are attacked, your senses and powers come in. I was hoping it would jog up a new power."
" Oh, well I'm still not sorry I shocked you Jason," I said with a smile at him as I walked over to Evelyn.
I knelt down by her and senses came. I knew the only way to save her was to find her Twin Soul.
" Salem?"
" Yeah?"
" Have you ever heard of a Twin Soul?"
He just stars at me with a shocked and terrified expression. What is that about?
" Because Evelyn's only way of surviving this is to find her soul mate that will kiss her. It sounds like sleeping beauty, huh?" I said.
He looks releaved and replied," I might be able to help you on the search of Evelyn's beloved, " he said with a smirk.
I smiled and said," How generous and maybe we will find you a girlfriend as well. You to Fred. You lived many years alone. You should fall in love."
They looked at me with a shocked expression, look at each other, and then smiled at me.
" Sometimes you love is closer than you think," Fred said walking back over to Evelyn to check her fever. It turns out a Black Ring gives you a tremendously bad fever.
What did Fred mean that they are closer then you think? Was Evelyn's soul mate I this room?
