Chapter 1

(Merediths pov)
Finally today was the day me and addi were moving into college, we managed to get a dorm together and had so many ideas of how to decorate it.
"Mer!" Addi screamed as she ran through the door
"Today's the day, how do you feel?" She asked obviously nervous
"I'm scared but excited how about you" I asked
"I'm so nervous" she smiled and ran to hug me
"Have you got everything packed and ready mom and dad will be here in a minute?" She asked, she was talking about her parents as my parents weren't present much my mum worked all the time and my dad pack up and left when I was 4.
"Yep I just have to bring them downstairs how about you" I smiled as we wondered upstairs
"Yes, uhm mer I have about five big suitcases and you only have three have I overpacked or did you underpack" she asked getting stressed
"No dont worry I've only the main stuff I need like clothes obviously bedding ans the rest of the stuff, I'm gonna buy more stuff later cause this is my whole wardrobe" I smirked I didn't own many clothes cause my mother didn't see many point in having loads.
"Okay I'm gonna go find my mother and say goodbye" I told addi
"Okay ill put your bags in the car" she smiled and wondered off with my suitcases
"Mom?" I called from the hallway by her office
"Meredith I'm busy" she grunted
"Sorry.. I was just coming to say bye I'm going to collage now" I blurted
"Oh well in that case I'll see you soon." She said not looking up once
"Ugh" I sighed and went to turn around when I felt an arm tug my shirt
"Goodbye meredith, be extraordinary" she smiled and hugged me lightly before pulling away and getting back to her work.
I left the room and walked outside to find addi waiting in the car with her parents
"Sorry didn't realise how long I was" I smiled and giggled
"It's okay dear" her mother told me
"How did it go" addi asked
"Well at first she showed no interest then as I went to leave she grabbed my shirt and gave me hug and told me to be extraordinary" I said before looking outside out the window
"Wow are you sure we have the same person" we both giggled.

Soon later we arrived at the collage and headed up to the dorms
"Hmm room 1079" I said not listening to anyone else around me
"She's hot" a boy whispered to his friend
"Look at her" He said but aiming at addi
"I can hear you" addi giggled and turned around to look at them
"Oops" Derek said
"Mark sloan" He offered his hand
"Addison Montgomery" Addison took it politely and shook it
"And you are" Mark asked
"Mer" addi pocked me
"Oh sorry meredith grey" I smiled and shook his hand lightly I directed my eyes to the boy stood next to him and looked at addi and gave her the eyes she instantly knew what I meant and did it back about Mark
"Think I'm hot huh" Derek said giving his hand to her
"Derek shepherd" He laughed
"Meredith" she smiled
"Which dorm are you guys in?" Mark asked
"Oh 1079 you guys?" Addi told him
"Oh cool 1080 must be opposite" He smirked nugging Derek with his elbow but Derek couldn't take his eyes off meredith he lived her green eyes and blonde hair.

(Derek's pov)
Me and Mark had arrived at the campus and headed up to find our dorm, as we were on out way up the stairs we found two girls Mark did his usual stuff and flirted and got to know them but I couldn't take my eyes of one of them her name was meredith she had gorgeous green eyes and straight blonde hair. After we where done talking to them we helped them find there room
"Ahh right next to us" Mark smirked
"Great" addi said in a sarcastic tone and rolled her eyes
"Let's check it out" Meredith grabbed Addisons hand and ran into their room, I could already tell I was involved with her.
"Hey dude you good there" Mark smirked
"Oh yeah" I came back from my thoughts  "Let's go check this out" I said opening our door
"Epic we could have a couch in here" Mark said dreaming about the room
"Barely it would basically be a stool" I laughed and he punched my arm playfully
"You're not a girl so don't get any ideas of pictures and all that" I rolled my eyes
"Aw dude you ruined my idea now" He said joking.
We started to unpack with the help of my mum and dad, it had been about an hour and we were nearly done
"Alright ma think that's it" I said sadly
"Oh I don't wanna leave my baby" she said cupping his cheeks
"Ma I'll be fine" I rolled my eyes and pulled her in for a hug
"Be good son" my dad said as he joined in with the hug
"Okay we best get off" Carolyn said sadly
"Bye guys see you soon" I said waving and then closing the door
"So what shall we do now?" I asked
"I heard there's a bar across the street?" Mark said looking through his draws for a good tshirt
"Okay I'm down" I said
"Should we invite the girls from earlier" mark said smirking
"Yeah sure but you're asking" I said pulling out a dark blue tshirt
"Let's go" He said we were both ready and headed towards the girls door
"Ready" I asked
"Yep" He replied as he knocked on there door
"Hey" meredith answered
"You okay?" She asked
"Yeah we were wondering if you guys wanted to come to the bar across the street?" Mark said really fast you could tell he was nervous, meredith giggled
"Hold on" she left the door slightly open
"Addi they wanna know if we want to go to the bar with them" she giggled whilst she said it 
"Heck yeah, I wanna get drunk" addi replied the boys heard them from outside the door and slightly laughed
"Okay we'll come give us 5 minutes and we'll be out" meredith told them as she ran back inside, they could hear squeals coming from inside the room.
"Okay ready" meredith ran out first then addi followed, meredith was beautiful she had on a black skirt and a cute lace top.
"Let's go" they said
